Dieses Haus ist ein 5 Schlafzimmer und kann 20 bequem schlafen. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich vorstellen können, darunter einen Whirlpool im Freien mit Fernseher, ein eigenes Putting Green, einen eigenen Sandstrand, einen großen U-förmigen Steg (Boote werden nicht vermietet), den Sie selbst mitbringen können, da genügend Platz vorhanden ist. Es verfügt über einen benutzerdefinierten Pavillon, eine große Terrasse und einen Grill. Es hat einen tollen Sonnenuntergang und eine große Wiese für Outdoor-Spiele wie Cornhole und Badminton. Excellent stay!

We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine together. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and there was much talk of gathering here again the future!

Amazing experience

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving at this lake house! The home was spotless upon arrival, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare our holiday meal. The views of Lake Winnipesaukee are simply stunning—waking up to the serene water every morning was magical. The house provided everything we needed for a cozy, memorable stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with unbeatable lakefront views!

Absolutely Perfect Weekend

Brian’s home is the most beautiful home we have ever rented. We had a wonderful time and kept ourselves busy by playing pool (lots of pool), playing board games, hiking and going to restaurants. One of our favorite events was just sitting outside enjoying the peaceful lake and the cool fresh air. This was in November - we (my husband, myself, our three adult kids and their spouses) can’t wait to come back when the lake is active and we can enjoy all of the activities the lake has to offer! I’m sure every season is beautiful at the lake. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with! Everything went smoothly and he responded quickly if I had a question - the perfect host! Thank you to Brian and his family for sharing their beautiful home with us and allowing our family to enjoy this wonderful experience.

A special place

This house lived up to the pictures and description in every way. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 plus 2 overnight visitors. Although our visit was in the cooler weather so the water sports were not an option, I could see how this would be a small paradise for families with children in the summer. The location was convenient to many activities in the area which we enjoyed. Shopping was convenient, too. Brian was responsive and patient to any questions we had. Overall, a beautiful place with character on the lake. Thanks.

Family Ski Weekend

Spent the MLK weekend at this beautiful home with family and grandkids for great ski weekend. The place is fantastic right on the lake. It is well stocked and the owner Brian was a great host checking in with us to make sure we had everything. The grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this lovely home

We booked this house for the fall weekend. Everything in the house is perfect as described. The bed setting is commendable and well organized. We enjoyed the clean hot tub, some kayaking and paddle boats to explore the lake. The fire place with grill are perfect set for a long evening. Much recommended for large parties.

What a gorgeous and convenient location for a large group! The house has everything you could possibly need or want to take full advantage of the lake and the setting. The house was also completely stocked - from the kitchen to board games. Brian left no stone unturned and was a great host as well. Wonderful Property and Host!

We loved everything about this property and our stay! Lots of sitting areas and en-suite bedrooms, the outdoors are a lakeside dream. The property has absolutely everything you need for a large family getaway. The views and the location were superb. Plenty of games and activities to stay entertained no matter the weather! The indoor and outdoor kitchens were fantastic for cooking and the house was clean and well stocked. Brian is a fantastic, on-point host and available to answer any and all questions immediately! Family Reunion

We had 21 people ranging from the age of 11 to 80 and this was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everybody including a great gym and ping pong table in the garage. Everything throughout the house is meticulously thought out (including AC in the garage) and the grounds were amazing. The venue and Brian exceeded all expectations and we could not be happier with our decision to stay at this amazing property.

Truly Paradise

Just stayed at Red Lodge for a week with family of 10 , we had an amazing time. This property is truly one of a kind. My kids said " this is a house that you see on CRIBS! The private cove that it sits in, the dock with ample docking for our 2 jet skiis, sitting out by the fire pit and watching the sunsets, everything was amazing. The house came with everything you could possible want in a vacation home. You really just need to bring your clothes and food, that's it, everything else is here for you . You truly loose sense of time while you are here. There is so much to do on the property and in town. Boat launch is 15 min from the house, fuel dock is 10 min ride on the water. Our host Brian was vey accessible if we needed him, he truly is a premier host . If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again

Great lake getaway

Incredible house and property with plenty to do at the house itself (golf putting area, pool table, fire pit, hot tub, games/puzzles, integrated surround sound music that can play in almost any room, etc). There is ample space for everyone to spread out, even in a large group. The property is flat with a great beach area. The property felt private, and located in a quiet neighborhood. You can easily fit two boats at the dock. The cove the house is located in is really nice; it was quiet and calm. It was also close by a lot of things to do in nearby towns (Center Harbor, and Meredith). Brian was easy to work with and quick to respond anytime we reached out to him. We loved our stay, and highly recommend the property. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Springtime in New Hampshire

You don't need to go to Paris in the Spring when you can visit this beautiful home in New Hampshire. The home was extremely comfortable and well appointed in every room. The large kitchen had everything you might need and we enjoyed many family dinners in the great room. The hot tub was a huge hit with our teenage grandkids. While it was early April and still cold outside the home is so warm and inviting with a huge sunroom where we could read, play games and enjoy the stunning view. Brian was a wonderful host from start to finish.

We had a wonderful President’s Weekend ski trip. House was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our 5 families that stayed. Kitchen and great room were great gathering spots. Having the pool table and hockey game in the common area was nice to keep all together.
