Tucson Tri-Level Mt Lemmon Retreat w/multiple decks is walkable to Summerhaven

This tri-level Cabin located on Mt. Lemmon, AZ is a unique sanctuary from the Desert Valley at the base of the Mountain. This home features 3 Decks, with lovely views, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a garage, with year round access, while being walkable to Summerhaven.

Bedroom 1 is a loft on the top level. Which is open to the main/middle level. On the loft there is 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with a full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is on the lower level and has 1 King Bed.
Bedroom 3 is on the lower level and has 1 Queen & 1 Twin Bed.
The lower level also has it's own living area and 1 full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is off of the middle level and has a bunk bed with 2 Twin Beds. The middle level also hosts the main living area, dining area, kitchen and a 1/2 bath and laundry room.

There is a pack n play available.

In addition to the above the cabin has 3 decks and a 2 car garage.

Please note that we do have external cameras set up at the entrances to the home. These are not intended to monitor you for your stay but are there for the security of the home. There are 2 near the main front door, 1 outside of the garage, and 1 at the entrance from the lower level.

Magic on the mountain
This is the second time staying at this cabin. We love the space, it is warm and cozy, clean and well stocked. But the magic is sitting on the deck surrounded by the pine trees in the crisp mountain air while drinking a cup of coffee surrounded by the people I love. We will be back!

Wonderful holiday weekend with family
Had an amazing stay at the property. Family has asked to make it an annual tradition. Beautiful relaxing location with access to hiking and small village with a bit of shopping and restaurants. Accommodations were comfortable for the 8 adults. Kitchen was well stock as we prepared all our meals for four days here. Highly recommended!

Incredible place!
Real close cabin to Summerhaven. 3 level cabin, lots of room for the whole family, inside and outside. Lots of balconies with nice views. Very comfortable furniture? Extremely clean and very well stocked! Would love to stay again!!

Family time at the Mountain Cabin
Very difficult seeing the roads late at night. The road to the cabin was blocked due to snow but the directions from the host on a different entrance was very helpful. The cabin was lovely and met all the essential needs. Loved the fire place and the decks. The views were beautiful. This would be a great place for our family during the summer vacations. We all enjoyed out short stay.

Great location on the mountain. Close to town but home feels very private with amazing views! Everything was just as described and having a garage to park in especially with the snow was a huge bonus. Communication when booking was great! Definitely looking forward to another stay.

Perfect Stay!
We wanted to enjoy the winter weather and snow without having to drive further up North. This cabin was perfect! Communication was smooth and easy. The cabin accommodated my family of 9. It was spacious and clean. It was also convenient to the shops and restaurants. We’d def stay here again!

Incredible Cabin, Made our Wedding Magical :)
We stayed at the tri-level cabin for our wedding atop Mount Lemmon and could not have been happier! We utilized the space for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready in during the day, where then only the two of us stayed at the end of the night after the wedding. The cabin is incredibly spacious with thoughtful touches throughout. We were very happy with the experience and will certainly look to stay here again!

Awesome stay!
This is a spacious cabin that was close to shops and places to eat. Cabin was clean and there were plenty of games for kids and porch space to relax. Owners were responsive to our needs and questions. I recommend this place with no reservations and would stay here again!

We loved this cabin! The view is outstanding! The cabin was well appointed. the only thing would be more of the larger dinner plates and maybe a 13x9 casserole dish. Lovely mountain home
We were a group of 5 colleagues helping out at a Family Camp provided to families of children with cancer and blood disorders by Candlelighters. The house accommodated us well with private spaces for nearly all. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, just minutes up the mountain from the main road of shops and restaurants in Summerhaven. The house had all the amenities you need and is extremely well kept - comfortable and clean. Communication and information from the hosts was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

Great Experience
My family and I stayed here for most of a week this fall, and found the hosts friendly and responsive (Thanks, Julie and Scott!), and the house was well provided with all the things we needed to do our living on the mountain. A few things to note about the community of Summerhaven: 1) It is charming, but very small, so no gas station, and no food service after 6 o’clock or so; 2) it also has no trash service, so you will have to take it all back down the mountain with you when you go. The solution to both is just to plan accordingly. ;-) The photos of the house provided with the listing were compelling, and the reality did not disappoint — waking up in the loft to see the sunrise just touching the summit through the big windows every morning was truly delightful. It has a great cabin feel, and gets a solid recommendation from us.

Very Nice Cabin!!
There were five of us, up on Mt Lemmon for a wedding. We are all over 65 but active. The cabin was just right for our stay. The building is amazing, with majestic huge wood whole tree beams everywhere and even more majestic views! We were very happy with everything, like excellent cleanliness, properly stocked necessities and linens, and everything works as it should. We have only two very minor, but notable, complaints. First, all of the cabinets and drawers have latches that are supposed to be child proof, but they are really human proof and nearly impossible for any adult to open. Second, the house keys are a huge and time consuming jumble that could easily be reduced to two or three keys after keying all the doors the same. But don't let those two things detract you though. The cabin is EXCELLENT!!
