We're no more than 15 minutes away from all attractions including Kahalari, Camelback Mountain, Mt Airy Golf Course & Casino, Vineyards, Big Pocono State Park, The Crossings Shopping Outlets and much, much more! You can walk into town in a few minutes and go to a convenience store or stop by one of the many restaurants in the area.


✔Please note: there are stairs to get into the unit as well as interior stairs
✔Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please be aware that if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the payment processing fee will be non-refundable. This is because we use external payment processors, such as Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
✔There is another house on this lot which you can also book in addition to this one. It's a 46-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage. Inquire about it if you'd like. There will be a separate listing for that as well.

✔The main entrance door is the red door on the ground floor. There is a second door on the rear porch.

✔Walk Score: 46 All activities are a short car ride/uber from the airbnb!

✔$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional.

✔Please do not park on the access road for the property. Park on the side of the house with the fence and picnic table.

✔We are Dog-Friendly but please message us prior to booking with a pet. $100 pet fee applies per pet. 2 dogs Max. This area is not fenced in and your dog is required to be on a leash when outdoors and please keep off the furniture when indoors.

✔Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additonal charges.

✔Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
