Cooperstown Oneonta Baseball Rental! Former Church. 8 Miles to ASV!!

Comfortable modern, 2 Bedroom sleeps 4, 1 Full Bathroom (Shower, toilet, sink etc) there is also an outdoor shower as well. 1st FL of a 2 family renovated home that was formally a church. Xtra large living room and dinning area, eat in kitchen. Huge back yard. Just 8 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village, 10 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World and 11 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park! Beautiful open farmland setting. 10 miles from downtown Oneonta restaurants.
The space
Newly renovated modern spacious and unique space on the first floor of a former church. Very bright light filled 1,700 sq feet of open space, with two private identical bedrooms. 1 Full bathroom and there is also an outdoor shower as well, large industrial eat in kitchen and modern living and dining area. Great if you like cooking and chatting. Beautiful hardwood flooring, large bedrooms with AC and queen sized beds.
Huge backyard and eating/sitting area with table, chairs and BBQ. A peaceful setting with the most amazing sunsets. Towels, linens and all kitchen furnishings are provided. Washer/ dryer and flat screen TV as well.
The owner is an artist and lives on the second floor she is there to make your stay very comfortable. Large open parking area available. This property is for 4 people only.
This in NOT a basement apartment. Everything is above ground! Very bright and sunny. Airy large loft like floor plan.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire 1st floor, the back yard, large parking area.
Guests have a private entrance.
Other things to note:
The little cottage on the property is NOT part of the rental. That is my outdoor space.
This is not a party house. For insurance purposes no Team BBQs or Parties allowed. The property is for the approved renters only!

This property adheres to the Baseball schedule in the Cooperstown/Oneonta area. It is a strict 6 night schedule listed below:

We truly enjoyed our stay at the church. We were able to check in early which was a plus. The church is well supplied with everything needed. It was only a 16 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park, so very convenient for us. I would recommend this rental to future little league families.

One week stay

We came in for the week because my son was playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Check in and out were very easy. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed to be able to eat and do laundry when we weren’t at the park. I was very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking. It was only about 20 minutes to the park.

Very clean and perfect for family of 3!

I recommend this for a family of 3! I think more than 3 is challenging because of bed sizes. We are used to King. The owner lives/sleeps in top portion of the church and the rental is the bottom section. The doors are separate so total privacy but it’s good to know. Everything you need is at your fingertips and the owner is sooo accommodating to everything!!!

Great stay for Cooperstown

We selected this location while our son played at Cooperstown. The location was clean and just as described. While we didn’t get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the property and views as much as planned due to our baseball schedule, it was the perfect location for outdoor reading, coffee, games, and just chilling out while not at the park. The host awas great and we would return to this location if we were in the area.It’s on the same road as Cooperstown ASV and a few minutes away (10-15) from Cooperstown DP.

Sleepy Town

I was in town for my son‘s 12 U baseball game at dreams park. I love the location away from the hustle and bustle and the quiet sleepy town. Judy was amazing in communicating everything we needed about our stay. The house is clean and well appointed, if you were looking for a quiet and relaxing yet close enough to other towns, I would really recommend this unique home and location.
