„Our family had the most incredible stay at lakefront palms !! Honestly cannot even put into words how fantastic our stay was and how perfect the house was. Every single thing has been so carefully thought out and it was perfect for our family of 4 and my 2 parents. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return.“

„Great presentation very welcomeing nice shady trees on a hot day. Only down side was the size of the garbage bin in the kitchen too small if 4 people staying. Also the lack of drinking glasses (only wine and whiskey ones) also the lack of a back yard to let my fur baby have a quiet run“

„What a spot! The house is set in beautiful gsrdens right on the stunning howqua river, amazing views, beaut base to visit jamison or murchison or explore up into the high country. Andy is an A1 host.“

„We rode the Great Victorian Rail Trail. The cottage was fantastic, as was the outdoor seating area. There was plenty of room to put our 4 bikes under cover outside, adjacent to an outdoor power point for re-charging the batteries. The cottage was roomy, with a very effective air conditioner and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We kept cool in the 36 degree heat!“

„Such a clean comfortable property. The property manager was amazing to deal with when there was a small sewer issue which was fixed promptly. Comfy beds and every year the owners just do the right little tweaks to maintain the property. “

We had that - although it was a bit of a rocky trek to the pontoon, but the outcome was worth it for that tiny inconvenience. It was paradise sitting on the deck with the wildlife singing. A rustic house that was clean and spacious and great for the 8 of us. Be careful of the maps app sending you from Eildon to the property via a four wheel drive track.which was not pleasant ...

Plenty of walks and river activities to keep us busy but also a lovely spot to chill and unwind. Will be back for sure in winter when we can stoke up the fires. Thank you. “

„Excellent location with outstanding views and environment. Accommodation is excellent for what it offers, eg. quiet, private, comfortable. Would recommend at least a couple of nights stay. Come prepared for self catering as the town of Mansfield is at times very busy. It’s not 5 star, the cabin was clean and adequate in its offerings.“
