„Our family of 34 stayed at the Lodge for a week and it was wonderful. There were plenty of comfortable beds and towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook anything we wanted! We filled the 3 fridges with food for the week and had plenty of space. We used the bbq outside one night and it was great. „Our stay in the Wolf's Lair was one of the best 4 days EVER!! Payne Lake is close to Waterton Park, Red Rock Canyon, Buffalo Paddock Loop, many many hikes, and the lake itself was perfect to take a dip! We "attempted" Pickleball, shot some hoops, played Cornhole, played horseshoes and even took some time to try out the obstacles! Would definitely recommend to rent!“

Nearby Waterton National park gets dark earlier than Mountain View, so its possible to drive back at evening twilight from the park to the cottage where you can still enjoy watching fabulously stunning sunsets for another half hour or more!“
