Wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf dem White River!

Komfortables Kabinen-Design in der Nähe der Attraktionen von Mountain View. Die Hütte besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Kabine beinhaltet Waschmaschine und Trockner für längere Aufenthalte. Die Hütte liegt auf dem wunderschönen White River. Das Wasser ist leicht zu erreichen und der Zugang zum Round Bottom Public Boat ist 1,5 km entfernt. Bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Steilhang von der abgeschirmten Veranda.

Die Kabine bietet Platz für sechs Gäste mit einem Aufpreis von 20 USD pro Nacht für jeden zugelassenen zusätzlichen Gast oder für zugelassene Haustiere.

Breathtaking view
the location of this cabin was AMAZING. Mountain view out the front of the house, and river view out the back. The house was spacious and very comfortable. There is a large screened porch across the back of the house with ceiling fans. So nice to have coffee there in the morning. It was cold a couple days while there, but house had good heating and cooling system. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The dirt road in to the property was a little tricky. Town was 15 minutes away with grocery and Wal-Mart. Town square had locals playing live music most days. We REALLY enjoyed that. Very quiet and peaceful.

Nature at it's best
The cabin is about a 20 minute drive from downtown. It was very quiet and relaxing. Easy access to the river. There where hundreds of fireflies each night, the kids had never seen anything like it! A great place to escape!

Amazing river cabin
This cabin is beautiful and right on the river with great access to fish or swim. The drive is about 15 mins from the main highway and has a small dirt road portion but it is so worth it. We have stayed other places in the area but this one is by far the best. We plan to return next summer. Check in was easy with a door lockbox and cabin was clean, with needed cooking utensils, comfortable beds as well. Can’t attest to if TV works or not as we never even turned it on because we were too busy in/at the River, seeing the caverns/hiking or playing games as a family. Great family cabin.

The Perfect Setting For A Family Getaway
My sister had stayed at the cabin before, and raved about how beautiful it was. We decided that it would make a great setting for a family vacation, so we reserved two cabins. The drive to the cabin, on first glance was a little concerning. There are some rocky roads and some sketchy potholes here or there. BUT, it's a country road. It's exactly as it should be. Just take your time, and go slow. It's worth it! When we got to the cabins, it was an incredible sight! The river was just behind, so close you could smell the water. The view of the mountain/bluffs was just awe-inspiring. We were blown away with how clean and homey it felt when we walked into the cabins. It felt as if it had been part of our family and we had been going there for years. Quaintly decorated, nothing over the top, and it all felt so warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets if needed. The ceiling fans were nice and quiet, no creaking, clicking, or groaning of aged motors. It was delightful! There were a few nitpicks and extremely minor things like "Oh, there's a cobweb in the corner outside in the covered porch". Those types of things. The inside was clean and comfortable, and it was clear that they have a pest control service that comes out to spray. Aside from the stray fly or two, we didn't see any sign of bugs INSIDE the cabin. It was so wonderful to see! The first morning we spent at the cabins, we were already making plans for our next visit!

Peaceful
A previous review stated it wasn’t as secluded as the picture lead to believe. While you may not be secluded from the neighbors you are secluded from the world. It is a wonderful place to stay. We saw deer, eagles, chipmunks, geese, just to name the obvious. I could live here. The place was clean, stocked, and more than enough room. If you need peaceful relaxation you will find it here. There is a small part of the road that’s bumpy, but the reward at the end is worth it.

The property is beautiful and the cabin is very well maintained. It is close to town if you need to go shopping and also close to Blanchard Springs if you want to go exploring. We will definitely look at going back to this location in the future.

Property was very clean and nice. Screened in back porch is cool and enjoyable for sitting and relaxing. Riverfront is steep and water is not kid friendly. There are stairs to walk down to the river. Listing is slightly deceiving. Cabin seems quite secluded In pictures however there are multiple cabins in a row all very close to each other. Lots are long and narrow. Has a nice front yard for kids to play. Cabin was stocked well and cozy. Beds were so comfortable. Limited choice of cookware. Property owner was easy to reach and answered all issues promptly.

This is a beautiful cabin on the White River. It is off the beaten path and we loved it. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, screened porch and large den area. Pictures are accurate. We loved it. It was 5 of us and we were all very comfortable.

Wonderful Hideaway
We loved our stay at this cabin! The road to get to it is a bit rough but we brought our truck so we made it easily. The cabin itself is cozy and feels rustic but it has all of the amenities. The White River is right outside the back door. My kids spent hours in the river fishing for trout. I loved the back porch where I could watch the river and read a book. It’s close to Mountain View and we went to town several times to eat, listen to music, and get ice cream. The whole family enjoyed it and we plan on coming back.

Our favorite!
This was our 8th family vacation to MtView and our second stay at this cabin! This year we rented both cabins, as we had extended family coming along. It's by far our favorite location. This spot on the river is perfect for fishing! We rented boats, limited out daily, and had a great time. We enjoy local restaurant favorites, but also love cooking together. The tables are perfect for card games, amd the back porch is the ideal setting for morning coffee. I can't say enough good things!

Quiet & Peaceful
If your looking for a quiet place to g set away from it all, and have some peace & quiet, look no further. We came here for our 26th anniversary with our 2 small dogs and had a great time. Although it was out of season & we barely missed the Bluegrass Festival, and the Folk Center was closed, we still enjoyed our stay. We did a lot of reading, hiking, sitting under the stars at night beside the fire 🔥 pit, played board games together, cooked & just relaxed. The cabin is clean & beautifully decorated. Very roomy! The beds were very comfortable too. Great place to get a way from it all.

Amazing views and easy walk to the water
My husband and I wanted to just get away to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. The property is a very well kept and clean log home that sits right on the banks of the White River which made for an amazing view of the water and the bluff! The interior was just as it is pictured, cozy and comfortable. Would rent this property again in a heartbeat!
