„Wir(4 Erwachsene/3Kinder) wählten dieses Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für unsereinen Trip nach Portland und dann weiter an die Küste.Von der Größe des Zimmers (2 Bedrooms) und derEinrichtung (Küche usw.) waren wir begeistert!Portland Downtown ist je nach Traffic ca.20Min entfernet und inunmittelbarer Entfernung zum Hotel befinden 2 Shoppingcenter.Es ist ruhig und sehr sauber und der mittelgroße Pool hat den Kids sehr gefallen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel im "doppelhaushälfte" Stil!“

„We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The view of the river greeted us as we walked through the doors and we watched the river flow throughout our rainy stay. There were plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options including the finished basement which felt comfy and cozy for the young adults in our group. „Nice property, but some instructional materials about heating, the stove for people unfamiliar with gas cooking, more specifics about trash and recycling. At 75 I’ve stayed in many rentals and I can’t remember a rental that didn’t provide more information. kitchen is well equipped.“

„It was so cozy and calm. There is no central heat, so it took a day of burning wood to get the house warm. We also couldn’t figure out how to operate the oven the stove part we got, but not the oven. I just love being in the woods and that cozy cabin. It was lovely.“

„The house worked out great for our family to have access to xc skiing on Mt Hood over the MLK weekend. The boys loved the game room ping pong, darts, and foosball. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is set up to cook and bake. The gas grill might need a tuneup or new cylinder as it wasn’t quite as hot as it could have been. Comfortable and clean, everyone had a good time. “

„Very quaint cabin. Well sized for us two adults. Beds comfy and it was plenty warm. Outside temps were lo 30’s. Some sunshine, some drizzle. Didn’t utilize any cooking as we were attending a destination wedding where all meals were provided at another rental location. Wi- Fi was flawless which is extremely important for us with multiple devices each. Very charming place and would return to same if another opportunity presents. Totally recommend!“

"Great option in Portland. The location is great, right in the center and walking distance to public transport. I took the train from the airport which is a cheap and convenient option and stops right across the hotel. Great gym, funky vibes in the lobby, free welcome drink. I especially loved the staff who was super friendly and fun! "

"Pool was very cold, but the hotel is pretty good. I just recommend to park on the other side of the street, this is what I did. Then you save 10 USD which you have to pay if you park in front of the hotel. You hear a lot of aircrafts until midnight, then it is quiet."

"All in all good but when we arrived after 26h intercontinental traveling our room was not available even though I informed them of our late arrival. It had been given to other people and we were lucky to even get a room. After one night with 4 people in the shoe box we were given a larger room and things went well. "

"Das kleine Resort liegt sehr abgelegen, es gibt keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die dazugehörige Taverne hat 5 Tage geöffnet und ist recht teuer. Frühstück ist auch nicht optional angeboten. Es gibt Bungalows, kleine Appartments und Motel/Hotelzimmer. Letztere befinden sich in einem Reihenbungalow, ähnlich einem Motel. Zimmer sind groß, aber durch das dunkle Holz und einer fehlenden direkten Fensterfront extrem dunkel. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Auch eine Mikrowelle auf dem Flur, es fehlen allerdings Geschirr und Besteck (außer Kaffeetassen). Im Hotel/Motelabschnitt befinden sich die Arbeits/Lagerräume des Servicepersonals. Daher herrscht auf dem Gang viel Bewegung und Unruhe und Lärm in der Zeit von va. 8.30 bis 16/17 Uhr. Die Zimmer sind teils renovierungsbedürftig, besonders der Teppichböden, Betten sind aber bequem. Im Verhältnis war die Unterkunft teuer trotz Nebensaison. Ein „Upgrade“ in eine Appartment oder gar Bungalowkategorie war nur zum vollen Aufpreis möglich. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen, allein schon wegen des Lichtmangels. "
