„Der Anfang war etwas holprig/schwierig, da anfänglich niemand vor Ort war. Wir checkten dann unsere Mails (zum Glück war uns dies möglich im Ausland) und fanden den Zugangscode dort. Ich erhielt keine Pushmeldung deswegen von Hotel.com. In den Ferien checke ich meine Mails nicht regelmässig. Nicht alle Reisenden haben Daten im Ausland und können überhaupt ihre Mails per Handy checken. Deshalb ist diese Art des Check ins nicht praktisch und stressig. „I really hate leaving bad reviews but in this case I really cant leave anything other. We stayed here for two nights as a bit of a break from our week long camping trip, honestly would have been more luxurious staying in our van! The hotel needs a huge amount of updating but not only that, the room was filthy. Black mould everywhere in the shower, weird gunk in the plug hole (I dread to think what that was) and a strong musky smell in the room. The location is good and the breakfast staff were ...

„An absolutely wonderful flat where we felt quite at home. It was tastefully decorated with all high quality furniture and electro equipment. We were provided with everything we needed - there was absolutely nothing missing. It was so relaxing sitting in the window seats just looking out over the bay. And with so many restaurants and bars within walking distance we couldn't have asked for anything better. We'll definitely book here again for our next visit to Mumbles.“
