„Wir hatten einen Superior Room mit Meersicht gebucht. Die Receptionistin brachte uns weg vom Meer in ein Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer hatte eine grosse Palme vor dem Fenster und keinerlei Aussicht. Wir protestierten sofort und wurden nach ca. 10 Minuten Abklärung ohne geringste Entschuldigung in ein schönes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude direkt an der Waterfront gebracht. „Please book this hotel. We stay there for a week .. Our stay at this hotel was phenomenal. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. The hotel was clean. It was definitely luxury, everything brand new .. The supervisor went above and beyond to make sure we get to see bequin island, by making all necessary arrangements taxi , tour personal and etc.. I can’t thank the staff enough especially beautiful lady that cleans the room and the security guard supper helpful.. GOD BLESS ...

„I stayed in a beautiful room high up looking over the bay. I found the balcony a nice place to read whilst looking at all the boats, ships, and yachts below. The team in reception, the restaurant, and bar were always very polite. I recall how sympathetic they were when my bank kept me on the phone for 20 minutes just to pay a bill.
