Dilapidated, Dangerous, Unsanitary and should not be rented
We have just returned for a weekend stay at this villa and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. After renting villas for years this is the worst one I’ve ever come across the photos do this villa no justice as soon as you open the front door your greeted with a smell of raw sewage that runs through the whole building, the whole villa and the outhouse building has not been cleaned in years the cooking areas are awash with grease and grime, the property is littered with broken cracked tiles broken glass walls that are filled with water that has gone stagnant adding to the vile smell that courses thorough the property. The swimming pool was covered in a film of dead insects algae and had obviously haven’t been treated in months if not years rendering it dangerous and unusable.The grounds of the property were covered in weeds and dead leaves again it look like the property was deserted or at least not prepared for people to rent. Glass was found in the artificial grass around the pool not really what you want if your walking around with no shoes on? Tiles on and in the property were broken leaving sharp edges and unfortunately leaving one of our party with 6 stitches in his foot. The outhouse grill area had grease running throughout it the ceiling was falling down the utensils were thick with dust grime and dirt and the smell of rotting meat was enough to shut the door and not re enter, the toilet was rendered unusable due the the pungent smell and the fact the floor was covered in what seemed to be dry urine? Broken cupboards and general neglect is constant throughout this property it should not be rented in the condition that it is in its completely unsanitary and above all its dangerous. I feel this listing should be removed due to the nature of this villa at he cost of the villa per night it’s disgraceful not just value wise but for the fact of everything mentioned in this review look else where this is a complete waste of money and should be avoided at all costs....
