„The stay was enchanting. Our room overlooked the Mara River, allowing us to watch the hippos bathe daily. The staff was invariably friendly and smiling. Rose, our waiter, was perpetually cheerful. Caleb, in housekeeping, delighted us with charming notes. Moseka, our safari guide, impressed us with his extensive knowledge and knack for finding incredible spots. „Great location within Masai Mara and really wonderful staff. The little more attention to details would go long way. We had a few rainy evenings and dining room hall was like characterless school canteen. Food was good especially their home grown vegetables. “

„We had a wonderful time at Entumoto. We can, without hesitation, recommend it to all. The accommodation is luxurious & lacks nothing. Large tents & comfy beds, with great bathroom & hot solar heated showers. The viewfrom our tent was spectacular & we could even enjoy it from our huge bed.with a cuppa. „Die Angestellten waren zu aufdringlich: Getränke, Massage, Geschenkeshop. Man hatte das Gefühl, jeder möchte einem nur das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen. Die Eintrittsgebühren zum Park pro Person und Tag als Kleingedruckte Nebenkosten zu deklarieren ist schäbig. Never ever. Fehlendes Rückgeld ist auch ein Klassiker.“

„Massively impacted by rain floods which made main road leading to and fro the lodge near to impossible to navigate on or over. Rivulets and erosion break offs. „overall we had a good stay. The room was clean, the hotel as well. The food could have been better, but the live cooking option were always a good option. What we disliked and Still makes me angry was following. Our driver asked the night before departure for lunch packages. The discussion with the reception was suddenly changed to Swahili so that we could not understand. „Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub in der Neptune Rianta Lodge. Die Zelte sind traumhaft - geräumig und luxuriös. Das personal ist freundlich und professionell, das Essen ist sehr gut. Der Blick auf den Mara-River mit den Nilpferden unbezahlbar. Bis zum Gate der Game Reserve sind es ca. 40 Minuten Fahrt. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass unser Safari-Guide nicht mit uns Essen durfte ohne einen saftigen Aufpreis bezahlen zu müssen. “

„Our safari at Lorian was absolutely outstanding and epic! It was small and very personal, with amazing service and food. We were blown away having gourmet dinners and meals cooked personally for us while in the "back country", overlooking a river with hippos, and right in the safari country. Magical honeymoon in the Mara

"We loved staying at the Mara Major Lodge. Yes, it was pricey… but worth it. The tentalows are lovely and we got to hear many wild animals during the night, the staff was LOVELY and helped us plan all our excursions from A-Z! Special shoutout to our sweet game driver Sam. All the staff was Maasai as well, which was a lovely cultural immersion and they were all very open and friendly. Oh and the entrance to the park is so close, you can see it from the lodge! So convenient. "
