Das Sandbar Life ist ein modernes Strandhaus in zweiter Reihe, das möbliert und dekoriert ist, um Ihnen einen unterhaltsamen und erholsamen Urlaub zu bieten. Es gibt Verbunddeckmöbel, um die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen und die Wellen am Strand rollen zu sehen. Dieses Strandhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 3,5 Bädern und 3 Ebenen befindet sich in Dolphin Run im Dorf Nags Head und bietet Zugang zum Village Beach Club, zum privaten Community Club House mit Restaurant und Pool in olympischer Größe am Meer, zu Tennisplätzen und zum Privatparkplatz am Strand und Zugang in der Saison. Die Hauptebene ist offen mit Meerblick mit Gaskamin im Familienzimmer und extra großem Esstisch für 10 Personen. Die Sandbar verfügt über einen eigenen Whirlpool und ist tierfreundlich. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und zu unterhalten. Der zweite Stock hat eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit en-suite Badezimmer. Ihnen steht ein Laufband zur Verfügung. Die Sandbank hat Meerblick von den hinteren Decks und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von weniger als 2 Minuten zum Strand entfernt. Überdachter Parkplatz und private Zufahrt für Fahrzeuge. Die Sandbank befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und hat ein privates Basketballtor. Alles, was Sie zum Genießen oder Entspannen brauchen, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Betten: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins und 1 Pyramid Bunk mit Trundle. Whirlpool bietet Platz für 6, 6 Fernseher, 6 DVD-Player, Stereoanlage mit CD-Player, Videothek, Pack-n-Play, Fahrräder, Außendusche, Holzkohlegrill, Strandspielzeug und -stühle, kabelloses Internet. All was well place was clean.only one thing the cleaning staff doesn't check the dryer. We could not get the filter out. There was so much lint in there .we had to take the vacuum and clean down into the bottom of the dryer

We had another awesome stay at The Sandbar Life! It's such a great house and the location is perfect. Charles has the house stocked with everything you need and he is always a quick text away in the event you need to get in touch. Highly recommend!

Prime Location
We were an extended family with 8 adults and 3 children. The Sandbar had bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The top floor bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. Some of the other beds were not as comfortable. The hot tub was a big hit with hurricane Debby hanging around. We loved the location by beach and clubhouse.

We had a great family trip to Nags Head. Convenient location for beach access, grocery stores and restaurants. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub at the house. Beach access was right across the street and was newly constructed with bathrooms.

Enjoyable stay! Great location!
Our party, that included adults to an infant, enjoyed our stay. Great location to everything you need or want! We loved the community pool and easy beach access. House comfortable fit us all with plenty of space. Hot tub was clean and loved using it! Only complaints were the house wasn't the cleaniest (i.e. we needed to sweep and wash some dishes), we only had one spare trash bag, and the bunk room mattresses weren't the best. We had issues with the smoke detectors going off due to sensor issues (we think). Charles was responsive to messages with me, however it was not resolved before we left. Overall, we would book again!

Everything you need and close to the beach
We were extremely pleased with our stay at The Sandbar. It had everything you needed and more. It was about a block from the beach and in a really safe area. They even had beach toys and beach chairs, so leave yours at home. The owner was extremely responsive to us prior to and during our stay. We couldn't be happier. The house was clean and included linens on the beds. We loved the proximity to everything. This is a great VRBO. We plan on staying again.

Back again. Feels like home.
Once again we retuned to true same house we’ve rented the past several years. It’s comfortable, clean, has everything we need. The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and ready. Charles always is just a text away and responds quickly. We love his home and that we can treat it like ours for a week every year. We wouldn’t go any where else. My self. My daughter and her two kids. My sister. My mother and 5 grandchildren I raise. 11 plus the dog and it’s perfect!!!!!

Our stay at the Sandbar
The house was fantastic and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and the grocery store. We liked that it is located in a quieter section of Nag’s Head. Very close to the beach, but during our time there the beach ramp across the street was closed for construction. We had to find a different beach access, but that wasn’t an issue. We liked, as others have said, that the light switches are labeled – that is a nice touch. There are many things to do if you don’t want to do the beach, all very close to the house. We visited Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Museum/Memorial, and the Aquarium in Manteo. All are within a few minutes’ drive. We loved the hot tub, and it was very well maintained. One point to mention: while there are TV’s in every bedroom, they are not all hooked up to cable/roku. We brought our own Chromecast, which solved the problem, but had we not, it could have been an issue since we had a few bad weather days. Overall, we found the house to be very family friendly, clean, and with everything we needed for a week’s stay. We would highly recommend the Sandbar!

The house was fantastic. Location is amazing, beach access a 3 minute walk, close to all of the stores (Food Lion, Food Market, Duck Donuts!). Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will look to stay there again for sure!

This property overall was great. The location to the beach access was ideal. The property was really close to a couple grocery stores and several restaurants. The house had everything we needed to prepare our meals for the week. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the house. I went through and vacuumed the house before we settled in and found dust and hair balls behind some furniture but I suppose that’s to be expected with a pet friendly house. One of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned very well. However, with all that being said, we will highly consider this house for our vacation next year.

The house is fantastic. The main living area, master bedroom and bathroom are updated, modern and clean. The beach access within a couple of minutes walk and there are multiple excellent restaurants within a short drive. I'll definitely rent this property again in the future.

Large and Homey
Charles’s home has a great layout for large families and also works well for just a couple. The master is on the top floor with the living room, kitchen, half bath and a deck facing the ocean and one facing the sound. No need to climb the steps unless you are leaving the house. We have rented many VRBO homes in many locations and this was the first one where there is a very obvious first aid kit available. That is such a great idea! The light fixtures for the whole house are labeled which is another small touch that goes a long way. As others have mentioned the home is well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the outdoor closet with bikes and beach gear. The extra large laundry room is also a plus. Communication with Charles was terrific. Sadly we had to leave a day early due to Ophelia but the rest of the week was perfect at the beach!

Perfect for Family Fun
This was the perfect stay for our mix of families with kids ranging in age from 8 months to 15 years old. The location is amazing - public beach access is a short walk away and there was access to a community pool when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and had enough dishes and utensils for everyone. And Charles was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. We had a great family vacation here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Perfect Spot
We had a fantastic stay at Charlie's home! The house was wonderful and stocked well with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. They kitchen has it all so its very easy to stay in and cook or grill. Our only complaint about the house was the comfortableness of the beds. The masterbed was fine but the others could definitely be updated. The location is perfect. So close to the beach and The Village Beach Club which we love having access to! Its so nice to be able to spend the day at the beach and then end the afternoon at the pool before heading home. Charlie's house even has beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes...you don't have to bring a thing! Lastly, we were so grateful to bring our dogs with us. Being a pet friendly house, it was completely clean and you would be none the wiser that pets stay there. Overall, I highly recommend The Sandbar Life!!

Extremely Well Equipped Rental
The property was extremely well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. In fact, we didn’t expect to find so many water “toys” in the outdoor closet! The homeowner also answered any questions very quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to take a group to Nags Head.
