Our 3rd-floor Penthouse condo is perfect for friends and families who want extra space and gorgeous views of the ocean, pool, and El Yunque, during their vacation!

Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms and in the main living area.
We have a great cross breeze if you open up the door to the balcony and the windows. Multiple ceiling fans are in the main living area and in the kitchen and balcony also.
Beach with private access within the condo complex is about a four-minute walk from the condo.
Pool/beach towels are available for your use. Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and sand toys are also provided for your convenience. We also have a domino table on the balcony.
Enjoy complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in both bathrooms.
Access to washer machine and dryer located inside the home. You must provide your own laundry detergent.
WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
Playa Hucares is a fishing village in Naguabo - about an hour away from the San Juan International Airport. We drive a little further, but we enjoy living away from the city and being able to hear the sound of the ocean waves and the coqui frogs at night.
We love Naguabo because it is a small town with a lot of conveniences. We have two grocery stores; Ralph's and Econo. Our favorite pizza place is Joe's Pizza in our town square. We have a couple of local bakeries, Walgreens, Burger King, Super Benjy's Tacos and Ice Cream, Chinese King, a variety of food trucks, gas stations, banks, etc.
If you need to visit Walmart, Home Depot, Burlington, or other chain-store restaurants and shopping, Humacao is only a twenty minute drive.
El Malecon de Naguabo is a 5-minute walk or a 2-minute drive down the road with lots of restaurants and bars. We walk to the Malecon and continue to Playa Fanduca on our morning walks through town. If you want to get out in the evening and not go too far, the Malecon offers a variety of places to enjoy yourself and amazing dining experiences with lots of fresh seafood options.
About 10 minutes away from the water ferry in Ceiba (Vieques, Culebra Ferry Port), 20 minutes to Fajardo with calm water beaches like Seven Seas, and 30 minutes to Luquillo with fun kiosks and a great beach too! El Yunque National Rainforest is very close. You can see it from the rooftop!
Gated community with 24 hour gate access. Full access to the entire home (main living area and upstairs penthouse area). Guests can use the pool, gazebo, basketball court, beach, pickleball court, sand volleyball court and playground.
We have TV’s in the living room and in the primary bedroom. We offer high speed WiFi.
Building is adjacent to the main road and regular road traffic can sometimes be heard in the bedrooms – sometimes you can hear groups of horses running down the road too! During weekends with festivals at the Malecon, you can hear music on the rooftop. We love the sounds of Puerto Rico!
IMPORTANT: Gated community with 24-hour security guard allowing access. Due to security purposes, all guest names are required to complete the reservation process.
House Rules:
• If the security officer is not present when arriving at the complex, please don’t honk, they’re probably patrolling the complex and will get back soon.
• Designated parking spots for our unit will be communicated in advance of your stay. Parking in other spots is NOT allowed. A $50 fee will be charged for each violation incurred.
• It is NOT allowed to hang any object (towels, shirts, swimsuits, etc.) on balcony railings, corridors, and stairs. A $25 fee will be charged for each violation incurred.
• It is NOT allowed to make unnecessary noise or perform acts that cause discomfort or disturb the neighbors’ peace. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. A $75 fee will be charged for each violation incurred.
• Pool use hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. You must reserve swim times with the security officer. You can reserve your times for the entire stay once you arrive. Please strictly follow the rules of use which are specified in the pool area. A $50 fee will be charged for each violation incurred.
• Basketball Court use hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please strictly follow the rules of use which are specified in the basketball court area. A $50 fee will be charged for each violation incurred.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or balcony; a $100 fee will be charged if you do. If you want to smoke, you can do it on the rooftop terrace and please use the ashtrays provided.
• Don’t leave minors without supervision, especially on the balcony, rooftop terrace, pool, and beach.
• Loss or damage of the beach/pool gate key will incur a $65 charge.
• Loss or damage of towels will incur a charge of $15 each.
• Turn off equipment (TV, A/C, etc.) when away from the apartment.
• If you open the patio umbrellas on the rooftop terrace, please close them when you’re not using them to prevent a strong wind from breaking them.
• There is a fire pit on the rooftop terrace. If you use it, please be very careful and turn it off when you are done. We are not responsible for improper use or accidents that may occur.
• Trash bags are NOT allowed to be placed in the hallways and stairwells. Trash bags must be deposited in the identified containers around the complex.
• Do not flush items other than toilet paper. No wipes, tampons, etc. Use the trash can provided.
• You can use the laundry machines, but you should bring your own detergents and fabric softener.
