Perfect villa for large family or friends group. This property has plenty of space for all, with big pool, yard, BBQ and other amenities to enjoy the outdoors. We love how peaceful, secluded, & safety of the neighborhood. Close to everything but just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of life. Only 5 minutes from hwy.

You'll be able to experience the east side of Puerto Rico, as other great spots around the island. Did you know you can cross the island from east to west in 3 hours? We invite you to take day trips knowing you will be returning to an ample and comfortable space to rest. As locals, we have plenty of recommendations to experience Puerto Rico.

The whole property- all three units- are rented to a single group.
It is divided in 3 self contained units for up to 13 guests: 2 units on 1st floor, perfect for a family member with mobility problems or just more privacy; third unit on 2nd floor. Big private pool, lush green mountain views, parking space inside the gate & upgraded quarters. New appliances, A/Cs, & the pool has been recently renovated. Solar power back up to ensure electric service and comfort.

The second floor is a 3 bedroom/2 baths house with sleeping space for 7 guests. It's a house with ample space, high ceilings, new kitchen appliances, dining room, living room with TV and laundry area. A/C in rooms and common areas.

On the first floor, you'll find two independent units, each with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. Unit A accommodates 4 guests and unit B - 2 guests. A/C on all the bedrooms. Laundry area.

This property is always rented for a single group. You will not be sharing the space with anyone else outside your group .

Guest access
All guests will enjoy the backyard, pool, a pool side bathroom, barbecue and outdoor dining area, will have parking for up to 4 cars, 2 laundry units- one upstairs and one on the main floor.

Other things to note
A car is needed as UBER service or public transportation is very limited- or non existent- in this area.

Solar panels with Tesla batteries for power backup. Don't worry about outages or power issues during your vacations. If we have a power outage, use the system with measure. Batteries can dry fast if you have all the A/Cs on.

Early check-in and/or late checkout can be offered for a fee, based on availability.
