Renoviertes Sconset House mit großem Garten

Dieses komplett renovierte, auf den Kopf gestaltete Haus verfügt über einen großen, offenen Grundriss im Obergeschoss mit gewölbter Decke. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist eine große Wrap-around-Deck mit herrlicher Meeresbrise und westlichen Sonnenuntergängen. Es gibt viel Wohn- und Essraum sowie eine aktualisierte Küche mit allen neuen Geräten, einschließlich einer Wolf-Reihe.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer sowie eine private Terrasse und eine Außendusche. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer auf der Etage haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten und eines hat eine Ausziehcouch. Es gibt ein zusätzliches komplettes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein halbes Badezimmer im Obergeschoss.

Das Anwesen verfügt über einen überdimensionalen, geschlossenen Hof mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre für Kinder zum Spielen.

Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang oder eine Radtour (800 m) zum Strand und zum 'Sconset Village, einem charmanten Zentrum für Aktivitäten mit Restaurants und Bekleidungsgeschäften, einem Lebensmittelmarkt, einer Eisdiele und einem nach Osten ausgerichteten Meer.

Der Beginn des 11 km langen Polpis-Rennradwegs befindet sich in der Nähe, ebenso wie die Wave-Bushaltestelle, die Sie in 25 Minuten bequem nach Nantucket Town bringt.

Touch of paradise
Stayed for a week at this lovely home. Had a spectacular time. It's as beautiful as the photos suggest. Wonderful space, well stocked, full amenities, lovely deck to relax on. This is our first time staying at this end of the island. It's a quick walk/bike ride to the beach and small village. Beaches are beautiful! Owners were wonderful to deal with. Whenever we had a question, they were quick to respond. Would highly recommend this home and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Yes, it is!
Light and Bright, as advertised. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms make it very comfortable for two couples. Close enough to ‘Sconset for a morning stroll to get fresh-baked muffins, scones, etc. Excellent, timely, communications from our host were greatly appreciated. Overall, a very relaxing, enjoyable, experience.

Beautiful and Peaceful House for Family Vacation
My husband and our 3 children (ages 6, 8, and 10) just finished a week long stay at this home. Sarah and Tim were fantastic hosts. The location was perfect for our needs. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Sconset Bluff Walk, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is set back far enough from the road that it feels very private. It is also important to note that there is not a lot of traffic on the road and no traffic at night (unlike some other parts of the island closer to town). Our kids enjoyed playing in the back yard. The house itself is lovely. It is tasteful decorated and very clean and cheerful. We loved all of the windows and light! The bedrooms were all very comfortableon the main level, and the kitchen/living/dining is all on the second level. It has a large outdoor deck off of the living room, which was the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The deck had beautiful sunset views. There were many nights we sat on the balcony looking at the stars. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. The owners obviously care very much for their home, and it shows. Keep Calm
Keep Calm is the perfect name for this tranquil setting. A spectacularly appointed home in the heart of the Siasconset my favorite area of the island. Just steps away from Claudette’s for sandwiches and coffee or the elegance of the 5 star The Chanticleer and The Summer House restaurants. The hosts are the most amazing and accommodating people, always at the ready to please. I have stayed in over 10 different places on the island over the years. Wonderful rental home!
We had the best stay in this home. Not only was the house very clean and well appointed but Tim and Sarah were such lovely hosts. Bedroom layout and living space was very comfortable and the home lived very well for our family of 5 (plus a babysitter). It's on wonderful piece of property with great outdoor space and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen and home had everything we needed and everything felt new and fresh. Perfect Stay for a Family Trip
We had such a lovely stay at Keep Calm for our family’s vacation to Nantucket. We were traveling with a 4 year old and a 5 month old, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Sarah was very helpful and communicative leading up to and during the trip. The house is an approx 10 min walk to Sconset, which was easy to do with a stroller for the baby and was manageable for the 4 yo to do on foot. We rented bikes through Young’s (they delivered them to the house) and so we made frequent use of the Polpis bike path that begins just steps from the house. All in all, everyone agrees this was one of our best vacations ever (which is not easy to do with two little ones), and so much of that success is due to the fantastic accommodations provided by Sarah and Tim. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I have stayed in many houses on Nantucket Island and this is among the best. Nice property and beautiful home inside and out, as accurately depicted in the photographs in the listing. Clean and comfortable with a great layout and lovely spaces inside and outside. Has everything you need and then some. This is a great location in Sconset. Sankaty Light and the Sconset Bluff Walk are within walking distance, as are Sconset Market and nearby restaurants and shops (Chanticleer, Claudette's, Sconset Cafe). Owners were pleasant and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

The finest property on the island
We have been vacationing on Nantucket for over 20 years. I have rented all over the island and Siasconset is my favorite location and this property is in the ideal location. Located walking distance to the light house and the bluff walk. It’s a skip down to the coffee shop the beach and the finest dinning on the island (The Summer House & The Chanticleer). The home is spotless and appointed with anything you could need. People tend to gather in the great room and what a room it is. Open post and beams in a brilliant white. A sitting area that offers spectacular sunsets with a large living room with very large screen TV, SONOS speakers and large comfy seating for all. The kitchen is spectacular with a WOLF range that is a lot to cook on. Granite counters and all the appliances, and cookware you can imagine. The eating area is spacious and filled with light due to the wrap around windows. There is so much more with the multiple decks, yard and amenities. I will leave it at this. I have never rented the same spot twice. This is the exception as we plann to stay in this property every summer going forward. Greatest hosts on the island.

Perfection in Nantucket
Sarah and Tim's house in 'Sconset is perfection. We never wanted to leave. Keep Calm was lovely
Keep Calm in Sconset was absolutely lovely. Home was fantastic, pristine with wonderful amenities. Great deck and excellent location with a quick walk or bike ride to town, the beach, or the bus stop. Owners were very helpful and communicative. So many fun things to do with great beach, walks and bike rides. I would definitely stay here again! It is well named, we all had a great time and relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful island of Nantucket.
