„We stayed in crown plaza in Fuzhou and it was a great experience. So we gave Tianjin crown plaza a try. That experience turned out to a huge difference in a negative way. First night checked in to a room with broken fridge and floor covered in human hair. So we had to move to another room the next morning. But the second room wasn’t any better at all. „Still very nice and optimal hotel location to start discovering Tiānjīn. Unfortunately compare to last visit experiences breakfast and “happy hours” food quality and availability’s drooped and does not reach 5.star hotel expectations anymore. Please make sure if you ask for river view that you ask for “full river view” since I experienced getting half river/city view. Staff very helpful and friendly.“

„天津一泊旅行で利用。高速鉄道で到着後荷物を預けてから観光したかったので駅から近くて、イタリア通に近く、もしかしたら海河が見えるかも知れないと期待して予約。距離的には駅からかなり近かったですが、駅からの車道が工事中で、歩道が途切れていることもあってたどり着くのはやや大変でした。近そうに見えるバスターミナル側からではなく、世紀時計に出てから大通り沿いに行けばやや大回りですが簡単に着けますが、ショッピング街にはないのでその点は注意が必要です。カジュアルな作りでしたが、シェラトンらしく設備は十分上質で綺麗、サービスもフレンドリーです。朝食は値段に対してとても素晴らしく、中華、洋食ともに品数も多く、一泊では食べきれません。“
