„Excellent staff, they try their level best to make the guests comfortable but the problem is with the upkeep of the rooms. Everything is excessively dirty. Bathrooms are filthy to the word horrible. Tents do not have an air conditioner and come with a fan. Two cottages with AC is what we took and trust me I could spend just one day cleaning it. No wifi and very poor mobile connectivity. If you wanna do camping, stay at TAO.“

„We booked the hotel via Internet. We have seen the fotos of the palace with its indoor 19th century swimming pool and thought it would be a great stay. We arrived early in the morning after a horrible bus night from Pushkar and in the hotel, they didn't have a booking on our name. „The property is very good. Gives you a majestic feeling of royalty. Vegetarian foods are not so much in the cuisine. Breakfast wide spread. The front office manager is very friendly. Like the way the welcome the guest. Not to mention 2 lonely dogs well taken care.“

„Hotel Chirag is offbeat hotel located ~4-5km from Bikaner City. This property is nicely managed very professionally by humble courteous staff. Hotel is neat, clean and proper hygiene maintained on sanitary stuff. This has pool, bonfire, big lawn and ample parking. Swiss cottages was awesome but bit cold on dec weather. Our kids loved the puppet show. Overall, an awesome hotel and highly recommend to spend a day or two there. “
