This newly remodeled, upscale, designer home has a sunny and open floor plan which boasts 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite baths. Enjoy a unique, private, elevated and spectacular panoramic view from your wraparound deck. Watch beautiful sunsets over the golf course and mountains with a glass of wine in hand.
Silverado Sunset is a short ride to both downtown Napa and the famous Silverado Wine Trail. We provide the ideal home for your Napa Valley adventure. EV chargers and rental bicycles available at Silverado Resort!


This upscale, designer home features 2 primary suites, each with king size beds, en suite baths, wide screen TV’s, blackout curtains, desks with USB ports, and access to either a patio or wraparound deck. The newly renovated third bedroom features two extra long full sized beds, en suite bathroom with tub/shower and widescreen Smart TV. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is equipped with built-in Thermador appliances, including a wine refrigerator. The living room, with a vaulted ceiling, is chic and gracious with comfortable seating for 7, 70” wide screen TV, Sonos Arc, and fireplace. The dining room table seats eight, and at night, becomes the center of activity for the wonderful dinner you prepared or to play the many board games provided.

Silverado Sunset has an assigned carport spot just outside the front door. Plenty of free adjacent parking is available. Our single level home has two ways to enter, either by descending two stairs or via the easy walking, gently sloped path in front of the unit. Only one 3.5" threshold step is necessary at Silverado Sunset. A very accessible home for everyone.

Silverado Sunset offers a wide range of activities. Start your day with a choice of beverage from the espresso, Keurig or drip coffee machine. Sit back and enjoy the hot air balloons rising in the distance. On site, you can swim (seasonal), play tennis or pickle ball. We have tennis rackets and pickleball paddles & balls for 4 available year round. We also provide swimming float tubes for 6. Our neighborhood has a 4 mile walking/biking loop. Other activities may include visiting nearby downtown Napa with its world class restaurants, Oxbow market, Riverwalk strolling in the park, renting bicycles, kayaking, gondola ride, balloon ride, paddle boarding, shopping in the many unique boutiques, and historic Wine Train.
Return home from wine tasting and enjoy dinner or appetizers while watching breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of your circular sofa on your gated private deck. You face the 8th hole of the South course with views of birds, trees and Napa mountains in the distance. After the day of wine tasting and activities come home to your gracious circular sofa on your huge deck. You will love sitting there with friends and family while enjoying their lively conversation, having a charcuterie tray, and tasting the day's wines.

An Excellent Family Getaway
For Christmas last year, my parents gifted us a trip for the 6 of us (me, my husband, my sister, my brother-in-law, and my parents) with a trip to Napa. Napa has always been on my dad's bucket list! We were beyond thrilled with the accommodations. Stunning view of the golf course, a quiet location, and a beautiful property. Will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Napa in the future!

Beautiful, Relaxing, Comfortable!!
We, five seniors, found the well appointed home just perfect for our stay in Napa. Although small, the bedrooms were well spaced out so we never felt cramped. The multiple coffee machines provided nice options, but the multiple K-cups, apparently left by prior tenants, served us well. We added our leftovers to the stash. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The views and areas for walking were also enjoyed. For a short term stay (we were there 3 nights) we found the home perfect. For a longer stay (a week or so) it would be challenging to work in the kitchen as there was only one small, empty drawer for storing your own food products. Everything else had to go on the counters. The hosts were extremely clear in their communication both online and in their preparation of the notebook for the home. Their suggestions were quite helpful and we took many of them under advisement. ….all good ideas, we thought! The home was exceptionally clean and the neighborhood very quiet. Getting the suitcases from the car into the home was easy as there is a concrete ramp in front for ease of movement. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect stay in Napa
Our group of 6 (3 couples) enjoyed a great 3-night stay. We love staying at owner-operated rentals due to the fact that the kitchen is typically well-stocked with everything you need for cooking and there is plenty of paper towels and toilet paper! Location was perfect for wine tasting and dinners out (we actually ate at the house on 2 of our 3 nights). Plenty of space for everyone and very comfy beds. My only recommendation (and this is very minor) is to have floor fans available for the bedrooms as they were a little stuffy in the evenings. But overall a great place and we will definitely consider renting here again.

Beyond amazing!
This property was stunning and exceeded our expectations with the elegant decor, spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and amazing views of the sunset. We played cornhole on the wraparound deck and used the grill for steaks. This was an added bonus! We enjoyed this location as it had close proximity to all the wineries we visited. We also took advantage of the spa and golf at Silverado while we were here and it did not disappoint - spectacular!

The property was awesome! Our view of the golf course was beautiful. The location was great. Close to wineries, downtown, and grocery stores. The property was relaxing, quiet and clean. I would give this property 5+ stars! It was in a gorgeous location on the golf course. Close to so many great wineries and the town of Napa. Fantastic property
We were a group of 6 (3 couples) and had an absolutely lovely stay here. Home was well equipped and immaculate. It is conveniently located- about 15 mins from downtown Napa and 15 mins to Yountville. We had a lovely view of the golf course from the terrace and it was a quiet and peaceful. We played tennis (across the way from the home); there is also a swimming pool. Owners were very responsive as well. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Napa!

Superb layout. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Owners very responsive. Great deck right on the golf course facing west with wonderful sunsets. Close to pool, tennis. Great location both within Silverado and Napa Valley. Thank-you for a wonderful month.

My wife and our friends loved our stay at SunsetView. It was a fantastic property - luxurious interior - and an amazing wrap-around deck that was perfect for sharing some of the day’s wine finds and catching the sunset! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Wonderful stay! Home is exactly as pictured. Really comfortable beds, kitchen was very well equipped. Spectacular sunset overlooking the gold course. Loved the location and everything about our stay. We would definitely recommend the property and would love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful Napa Getaway
We had a wonderful vacation in Napa topped off by our stay at this property. It is in the most beautiful and peaceful setting on the golf course. It is spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. We had a 5-star hotel experience while also having the luxury of being in a beautiful home. Adrienne provides wonderful hospitality and is very responsive. We tried many of her restaurant recommendations on her list that she provides. We can’t wait to go back.
