"66" Private Studio on Bluff Hill

66 is a charming studio apartment enjoying a quiet location in popular Bluff Hill and is privately located downstairs from my main house - please note this is a basement apartment and ceiling height is 6 ft, 1.85 metres, so tall people may not find it suitable . It has it's own entrance and your own full bathroom as well as a small kitchenette area with microwave, small refrigerator, toaster and hot water kettle. No additional cooking appliances allowed in the studio (ie gas camp cooker) as the space is not ventilated for this use.
Fast wifi and tv streaming is available.

There is a private outdoor seating area for studio guests. situated on the side of the house.

Guest access is off the carport area and through laundry (which is sometime used by me). Please be aware that there is a short ramp in the entrance to the studio (in the laundry) which may be difficult to maneuver if you are elderly or have mobility issues (ie bad knees or assisted walking).
The door between the apartment and the laundry can be locked for privacy.

There is street parking for your car and you can park in driveway space for arrival and departure. There is parking for a small car at the top and to the side of the drive, however many guests find it easier to park on the street as visibility is low when pulling out of the driveway and maneuverability in the driveway is tight. However note that the driveway is steep and requires a certain amount of physical fitness to walk up. It's not long but it is fairly steep.
