Diese voll ausgestattete Wohnanlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und im Inseldekor dekoriert und wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett renoviert. Die 2 BR / 2 BA-Einheit befindet sich in der 5. Etage von Gebäude 3 und bietet eine der besten Aussichten im gesamten Resort. Sie befinden sich oberhalb der Palmengrenze, sodass Sie die benachbarten Inseln Molokai und Lanai nicht mehr sehen können.

Das Sands of Kahana Resort verfügt über 2 Swimmingpools sowie einen Grill, Tennisplätze, einen Basketballplatz, ein Restaurant und eine Bar, die einige großartige Happy Hour-Speisen und Getränkespezialitäten anbieten. Der Komplex befindet sich in Gehweite zum Kahana Gateway Center mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auch nur 5 Autominuten zum Golfen in Kaanapali oder Kapalua.

Million-dollar ocean sunset views!!!
We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The moment you walk in the door and see those floor to ceiling windows with the incredible ocean view takes your breath away. Eating homemade banana bread for breakfast in the morning on the balcony was an instant core memory. And let’s not forget whale watching from the windows. Wow! Besides that, we liked that there was plenty of space for the whole family. Nice kitchen and dining area, too. The pool and hot tub were great. And the cherry on top was eating at Captain Jack’s right downstairs. Amazing place to stay. Will come back for sure!

Incredible!!!!!!
Wow, what an amazing location this unit is at! We slept listening to the waves and enjoyed our mornings on the lanai. We were a close drive to the islands best snorkling beaches. The unit was perfect for our family of 7 and we cooked most of the meals in the unit. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach right on site. The owners were very prompt at answering a question we had. We highly recommend this place and will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Maui again!

It had everything we needed for a week stay for our family of 7 people. The extras like pool toys beach chairs a cooler were all a helpful touch. Unbeatable views
Our stay here was nothing short of amazing!. Not only could we wake up to oceanfront views every morning but had VIP seating on our balcony for the most incredible sunsets. We were treated with many rainbows during our one week stay, daily turtle sightings from our balcony, or from the beach, just steps away. We were even fortunate enough to see a monk seal resting along the shore. Our stay was in late March and we were still seeing whales from our balcony. The on-site restaurant had a variety of options, and all of them were delicious. Miso Phat sushi was excellent and very convenient to grab to go after a long day at the beach. A wonderful little coffee shop is just a short walk away. The pool area was a huge life saver for our younger crowd as well. Beautiful well-kept grounds. We have no complaints and really enjoyed the very relaxed, family, friendly, and beautiful atmosphere of Maui ❤️ from this condo. We’ve had a very easy to navigate to other parts of the island with our rental car.

The property was true to the pictures. Fabulous view! Great location and the beach was perfect. The only thing is that it did not have air conditioning, but nice breeze from the open center area of the building. But, you need to have the wooden louver windows open to get this breeze. At times when the louvers were open it could be noisy. They did have a lot of electric fans to use. They supplied a lot of beach chairs and beach toys. Overall, this is a fabulous place with a paradise view!

Excellent property, but some issues
Great location, facility and view. However, the water heater broke and was out of commision for almost two days. Upon arrival the floors were dusty and left dirt on our socks. Several wall electrical outlets did not work. The master bed mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable. The fans provided were not adequate to make the heat bearable. All else was quite fine.

Amazing Condo with great location!
Condo was so amazing! When you waked in all you saw was unobstructed ocean. The condo was very clean with excellent amenities and had everything we needed for the beach or staying in and cooking in the fabulous kitchen. Trade winds kept the unit very comfortable so AC was never a concern nor needed. Beds were comfortable for everybody in our group. We enjoyed drinks on the Lanai at sunset (perfectly located for sunsets in June) watching the turtles or just hanging out on the greenbelt, ocean or pool. The beach out front was excellent but condo is located very close to several other world class beaches and nearby Black Rock has some of the best snorkeling in Maui! We used the BBQ grills and they were kept very clean and worked great for us. Only regret is we failed to realize the Maui Brewing Company is less than a block away until late in our visit or we’d of walked over there every day! This is our second time visiting Maui and I feel more at home each time I visit. We are planning another trip to Maui soon and I definitely will stay at this condo. Thanks again for everything! It was great place with great view. I gave 4 stars overall due to lack of AC unit. We went beginning of April and it was still little warm. AC would have made the stay perfect. There were ceiling fans and portable fans all over but it wasn't the same. :( I can't imagine how hot it is during the summer time. :(

Our visit in this apartment exceeded our expectations, the view was so beautiful that everything else does not matter, but it really is a super functional apartment with everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation with whoever you decide is good for both children and adults . We have four grown children and we all had a great time here, the property has everything you need for your vacation as well as being close to Lahaina where you can have dinner on a boat, dive in a submarine or just go shopping. What impressed me the most was all the whales and turtles that we could see from the balcony of this apartment and on the beach. Thank you for having us, next year we plan to return and we will definitely return to this department.

Pros: on the beach, heated pool & extra kids pool/hot tub, restaurant on site, nice kitchen. Cons: no air condition so it was pretty hot inside even with the fans, only the kitchen/bathrooms are updated - the other parts are outdated and the furniture isn’t super nice, check in process was terrible because the front desk didn’t have our reservation and the management company of this condo was very difficult to get a hold of - they don’t answer the phone or text.
