This cottage has been completely renovated and furnished with all new and luxurious furniture.
As you enter the house, you will find a chic and elegant living room with a luxurious leather sofa with two accent chairs and a 55” Smart TV equipped with a XUMO stream Box from XFINITY. In the tv console, you will find fun board games and extra comfy blankets.
Right next to the living area, there is a dining area with a beautiful wooden dining table that seats 6. The Kitchen is right next to it with cabinets stocked with everything you might need (pots, pans, Keurig Machine with starter pods and more).
Bedroom 1: Right across the living room. It has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom and 50” smart TV.
Bedroom 2: On the opposite side of the master bedroom. It has a queen bed with 50” smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Next to bedroom 2. It has two full beds. Sleeps 4.
Bathroom 2: Next to Bedroom 2. Right across bedroom 3.
Office: Sofa bed (full size memory foam), desk with chair, 50” smart TV.
Laundry room: Washer & dryer with pods and drying sheets, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, beach towels, sunscreen. ALL are at your disposal.
Patio: Paved patio with pergola partially covering it. The pergola has an adjustable roof, mosquito net and curtains to maximize your relaxing time outdoors. You will find a sofa, 2 chairs and table with 2 lounge chairs on the side.
A grill and full propane tank are also provided.
Parking: 2 cars space in driveway and one on the side of the road right in front of the picket fence.

Guest access
The property has keyless and contactless check in. The entry code will be provided 24 hours prior to check in. Guests will have access to the whole property.
