the hotel staff and manager can not speak English well. mostly they dont understand what the guest means. Its ulmost impossible to communicate with hotel staff and that might lead to mistakes and errors which can effect your trip negatively like unfortunately our experience which we asked for a Taxi to airport for our return flight. they said its possible to pay the Taxi with Creditcard at the Hotel and we did so. But when we arrived at the airport the Taxi driver asked again for the money. We said we paid at the Hotel and they must have paid you! But he said he did not receive anything! the whole issue turned into a complex problem concluding in Taxi driver becoming rude and offensive to us. At the end we paid him again and calling to the Hotel at the haste of catching our flight! Turns out it was their mistake and the Hotel staff did not transfer the money to the driver, and afterwards the hotel manager did not take responsiblity for their fault and started to send me meaningsles texts via WhatsApp and mocking me when I objected to him because of their fault, leaving us a concerning issue and a very terrible mempry at the end of our stay in Napoli.
Furthermore we were not satisfied with the check out time of Hotel which was 10:30 in the morning! and at the end the location of the Hotel although it seems that is located in city center but was very dirty and unsafe!
Overall not recommended at all!
