This large, two-story house with a luxury roof terrace and patio will not disappoint you. With high ceilings, tile floors throughout, a master suite on each floor, and a large loft/den. The highlights of this amazing design are the balcony on the second floor, and the screened-in enclosure ideal for entertaining or sunbathing., this is a must-see property! There are large screen TVs in the living room, the loft, and every bedroom. A putting green right next to the beautiful pool and hot tub will make for a fun friendly wager after a few cocktails.

Very clean, organized, has all amenities, great pool and jacuzzi, beer to beaches… quite neighborhood and near to all key attractions. We had a great time - the host / property manager was very good to communicate with.

Family get together
Our first impression was "wow", isn't this great. New kitchen, dining room staged for dinner party, new bathroom, big TV in living room and glass doors looking out onto covered porch, pool and spa. However, when you walked out onto the porch it was littered with nails, bits of wood and debris. Hadn't been swept. Up stairs in the master BR there was no king bed as was ststed on the website. There was no shade over the large tub in the mstr bath although there seemed to be hardware for it. The bunk room which slept 4 had a large closet but no dresser or place to put clothing. The main bath on the second floor, which if you were at full capacity (6 guests), had no towel bars or hooks for towels/clothes. Fortunately the management company was very responsive and took care of the lack of towel bars and lack of covering on the bathroom window as well has having the porch cleaned. They were also very responsive in helping with pool temperature issues. In spite of these initial issues, we did have a great time in the house. Its located in a good location and comes complete with several usable bikes and many beach chairs, umbrellas and toys The kitchen had lots of glassware and dishes but only 5 teaspoons. Lid for broiler pan but no pan. Ran out of propane first time using the grill but there was a full backup. Overall, nice house and with the timely help of the management company was a very good rental. We would go back.

Great house close to many things including the beach! Great pool and hot tub! Our only complaint would be the no hot water/barely warm and the construction going on at the end of the street right in front of this house makes it very noisy and hard to get in and out of the driveway!

Little piece of paradise
We loved our stay. This house is equipped with almost everything you could want. It easily fit my large family. We could walk or ride the provided bikes to the beach. We did have some trouble with the pool instructions and ended up with a pool too cold to swim. The manager was a little slow in responding, but it was during the holidays and we had plenty of other things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The Villa has what you want.
Great location. Close to beaches, restaurants and stores. It has all of the features you would want from a Florida vacation rental - pool, hot tub, TV's, bikes, well-spaced bedrooms and baths. The few shortcomings we faced were those that you would only notice if you were living there and none of them were deal breakers.

The house really served us well. We had two houses rented in Naples Park as there were 12 of us. The house was spacious and the lanai was perfect. The pool/spa and surrounds were perfect. A big hit with the family. I would easily stay here again.

Horrible property
Do not rent this place. The owner uses any excuse to keep the deposit. The property wasn’t clean at all- we found USED CONDOMS in the closets and many other nasty items under beds and furniture. We left the place cleaner than we found it, and the owner-management company filed a claim for a dirty carpet when the carpet was nasty to begin with. I give this place a -0 if such rate existed. I will post a negative feedback about this property everywhere possible to keep people from making the mistake I made- renting this horrible place.

We loved our stay here — the house was perfect for a group of 8 girls. We didn’t even have to leave the house since it had a roomy pool, great enclosed patio to fend off mosquitos, and all the other amenities we needed for a long weekend.

Nice house!
House is very complete with everything you need in a stay. A little bit outdated but nice. Good size house. The sleeper sofa is not comfortable at all. The mattress is very bad, that’s the only not comfy bed in the house. The pool and spa are cool! We enjoyed it very much however the heater in the pool doesn’t work as good as it does in the spa. Kitchen is very well equipped. You find everything need it. The dryer is not working properly. We couldn’t wash everything as wanted to leave everything clean as found.

Great Stay
Absolutely love the stay. Property was just as is described and shown. We really enjoyed the pool. TVs everywhere only thing is that the TV upstairs was not working other than that it was great, we weren’t bored for a second. The beach is relatively close and made getting there easy. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Had a great stay! Beautiful home very spacious for 10 people. The family enjoyed the pool. Only problem we had dryer was down the whole time we was there. Called company and they said was gonna replace the dryer. But overall great stay.
