The Club 303 is a newly remodeled Condo in an unspoiled beach front gated community, Nestled between Pelican bay and Parkshore. The Club at Naples Cay is a Beach front community within 33 acres of protected nature preserve. Enjoy the glorious, sun-kissed beach and more than a mile of frontage. Striking views from expansive terraces, swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
The Club has a lobby level state of the Art exercise and fitness center, stream and dry sauna. A large pool and Jacuzzi are located directly in front of the building. Views amidst a tropical setting and meticulously landscaped grounds, looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. The beach front is truly the best location for weekly or monthly rentals and offers spectacular views and sunsets unmatched anywhere in Naples

Hurricane Debby
This was our first VRBO rental. Thank you so much for the amazing unit, cleanness, beach items and communication. The unit was stocked with supplies. We had an amazing stay even though Hurricane Debby paid us a visit. Naples received a lot of rain. We enjoyed the property, beach and local restaurants. The sunsets were different every night. Downtown Naples was a hit for our family. Hopefully we will be back soon to visit the area.

Perfect for our family of 4
Other than a couple of minor check-in/mechanical snafus, our experience was wonderful. The condo was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The view is phenomenal and the proximity to the pool and beach is ideal for a family with small children like us. We did find the lobby staff to be very unfriendly on more than one occasion but the owners and gate staff were very kind and helpful. The Club at Naples Cay is by far the nicest place we have stayed while visiting Naples and we definitely plan to stay again!

Fantastic Property
This condo provided exactly what you would desire in an enjoyable beach vacation. Not only did the condo provide a perfect view of the sunset and comfortable furnishings, but also supplied everything needed including beach chairs, toys, cooler and cart. Don’t Miss this Location!
The condo was wonderful. The private beach was so quiet and perfect. The pool was awesome with no crowds. The view from the balcony was one of our favorite spots for sunrise and sunsets! Everything in the condo was clean and in great shape. The short walk to the beach was great and beautiful views. We would love to come back in the future.

Another great stay.....
This was our second stay at this 'excellent beach access' property - just a walk across the gardens, over the boardwalk and there is the beach. The apartment had a couple of minor maintenance issues which we reported to the property manager. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely kitted out, and the umbrellas and chairs as provided, are essential for the beach. Lovely location with several restaurants within a mile of the apartment.

Comfortable & Convenient...As Depicted
A very nicely appointed condo inside a quiet, gated community of condo buildings. Balcony has comfortable lounging furniture. Kitchen is upgraded. Perfectly located to walk the beach or the surrounding neighborhoods. More great restaurants than you can get to in a week. Easy access to downtown Naples (10-15 minutes), or JetBlue Park (45 minutes). We shared very minor maintenance items with the Rental Manager for updating. Still, a 5/5, and we will attempt to return in 2026 for two weeks next time!

Beautiful view of the pool area and gulf from the balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Short walk and you are on the beach! The third floor unit is perfect for those of us who prefer to get in more steps vs. the elevator. Check in could not have been easier. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation!

Great location, perfect size for our family of 4, pool and beach are steps away, had all the beach supplies anyone needs, and quiet yet close to pretty much everything. The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Beautifully remodeled with tasteful decor. The condo was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach was spectacular and easily accessible. Having all of the beach supplies including a wagon in the storage room was a +.
