This space is a one of a kind loft, located in the heart of 12th south. It features a stylish living room with a Queen size pull-out couch, cozy bedroom with a King size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a Duo Keurig coffee maker (drip and pods), and an overall quiet place away from all the downtown nightlife! You are sure to enjoy this amazing space in the heart of 12th South!

We do a self-check in, where we will send you all a code prior to check-in. We are local if something should come up where we need to be onsite!

We will not be at the property but are local and available at any time!

Walking distance from great restaurants/bars in the 12th South area, and a quick drive to downtown, gulch, and midtown!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
