Horrible experience
I booked to stay at this property months in advance for my sisters Bach trip. We were very excited to come to Nashville and have the house to ourselves to get ready for our events for the weekend. I paid for the trip in 2 installments and the owner was VERY prompt in sending me requests for the second payment, which I do not mind. BUT I never received the check in details. So the day we are supposed to check in I message the owner of the property and request check in details. We are about 4-5 hours before check in at this point. The owner replies a while later (now 3 hours before check in, we are officially in Nashville which is several hours from where we live) and he states he has sold the house and is processing a refund. 3 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. I complained to the owner considering I have 4 younger girls with me in a city we do not live, now with no where to stay… he responds saying he will send a voucher for our inconvenience (which we never received) and the process to get our money back to book a new place was going to take 15 days to process. Therefore leaving us stranded. If I did not have the funds to book a different stay this situation would have been a lot worse. I was very unhappy with how everything happened and believe people should know that the owner of this property is very unreliable and unprofessional. He should not be renting out properties at all. He put us in what could have been a dangerous situation and did not follow through with anything he stated
