Quiet hide-away, close to downtown and airport!

This beautiful private suite is located in a quiet neighborhood, 7 minutes from the airport and 15 - 20 minutes from downtown and really just about anywhere . You an enjoy a run or walk through the friendly neighborhood before you start your day. We're close to 65, 24, 40, Briley and 440, there are many options to access exploration into the Nashville scene. If you want to just hang out, you can savor shared outdoor spaces, free wi-fi, and a smart TV.
The space
This suite is quiet, private and comfortable. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, with an orthopedic mattress and comfy pillows. There's a separate coffee/ breakfast area where can work or just grab a bite. The private bathroom is the best, great shower, heated towel bar and beautiful accommodations.
Guest access
Guests enter through a private entrance with a keypad, right next to their parking.
Other things to note
The neighborhood is very safe feel free to take a walk or go for a run. Grocery store less than 2 miles away.

You can bring more than 2 people but you have to pay an additional fee. Remember that there is only ONE bed.

2024 Nashville Stay - Absolutely Wonderful!
We had a fabulous stay! This spot is within minutes from the airport and within about 20-25 minutes from most popular attractions and Downtown Nashville. The host was incredibly responsive and the place itself was spotless! We were charmed by the decor and the use of the space and didn't feel we lacked for anything we needed to feel safe and at home for our stay. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family staying in the area!

Not what it was cracked up to be
Pictures showed the main room having an open door going up a couple steps into another area, making it seem u had lots more room. That was not the case, that door was locked and zip tied shut. The “private outside area” was anything but private or organized. Lots of outdoor projects going on right by it making it anything but private.

Very Nice
This place was perfect for my boyfriends night away. We were on vacation for a week and decided to take a night just for us and hit Broadway. It was very clean and so very cute!!! And it wasn’t far from anything. it was perfect for our one night getaway! We will definitely be staying here if we go back down to Nashville!

Everything about the property was exactly what we were hoping for when we were visiting Nashville. It was a private section of the house, the owners were really quiet, and we had all the amenities we needed. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that was between the city and the airport, so it was ideal for us who aren't into the hussle-bussle of the city and wanted to make sure traffic was not an issue for getting to the airport. Rosalie was extremely lovely and helped us check in early when we had just arrived via a red-eye. She was quick and extremely communicative. The only cons I would point to are the airplanes flying over the property (it is after all near the airport; only a con if you're a light sleeper and they don't come through that often) and the areas that were not cleaned all the way through. The floor was really dirty, but if you wear shoes indoors, it is not a problem. The sugar bowl utensil was dirty, there were dried up makeup remover pads at the sink, and the food counter was just short of clean. Otherwise, everything else was great - bathroom, bed, the important pieces you want to be 100% perfect. All in all, I would highly recommend this property~
