You will find it easy to kick back and relax in this calming, stylish space. Have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the in wrap around deck while you take in the surrounding greenery. Large fully fenced yard with giant green pasture view. Backyard gazebo bar is great for kicking back, grilling , watching sports or enjoying the fire pit . Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with nearby freeway access for venturing out to Nashville. Outdoor mall, restaurants, bars, greenway trails and the river are just a short drive away. Cant beat this location, located in the newer part of Murfreesboro and as close as Murfreesboro gets to Nashville. Google maps pictures are 5 years old they still have not updated to recent pics. House was re-build 2 years ago

Beautiful rental property in Murfreesboro
Fabulous property to stay for a vacation. Amazing large back garden with bbq, games, fire pit and hot tub. Great location to visit Nashville, only a 40 minute drive away - but nice to come back to a peaceful, tranquil location. Highly recommended!

Our stay could not have been better! Shawna was an amazing host. She was so nice to work with. Shawna went above and beyond with all of her personal touches during our stay. The home is just lovey! We were some nurses just looking for a good weekend away. The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s beautiful. The yard is big. The details for a stay were amazing. The makeup specific wash cloths, to the games to play, to the suggestions of where to go. We walked the neighborhood every morning and everyone waves. The communication with the host was fantastic. We plan to stay again in the future.

Amazing
We loved to place! It was everything we needed as we moved to the area but waited in our house to close. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Fenced it yard and dog room was so fantastic for our doggos and our kiddo was so excited about the goats next door. We stayed for 12 days, so we also got a welcome gift that was thoughtful, including dog toys, kid toy, and a wood piece. Cannot recommend this place enough. So great!

Relaxing Weekend
This place has it all….hot tub, fire pit, outdoor TVs with a bar and Blackstone grill! It’s only half an hour to Nashville so you can go explore but it’s quiet and relaxing while at the house. The owners did a great job and providing anything you might need during your stay.

This property has all the amenities for a fun yet relaxing time with family and/or friends! The host is extremely organized and provides instruction binders for how to utilize the hot tub, grill, mini bar, etc. Shawna went above and beyond to make our trip extra special to celebrate a 40th birthday! She offered to decorate the home for us and was very accommodating to let us extend our stay a day. It was about a 25 minute Uber to Broadway and a 12 minute Uber to Whiskey Dix in Murfreesboro. We highly recommend booking this property for your next getaway!

The Best Rental Experience!
We needed a rental for a baseball tournament in the greater Nashville area. Thanks to exceptional hosts, every step of the process was great; Shawna was a great communicator before, during, and after our stay. The property is completely clean and welcoming, with plenty of space for my family. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a fantastic grill area. My family thoroughly enjoyed the welcome basket, ease of location, comfort level, and all of the humorous signs and design elements. My family didn't have time to use all of the games (indoor and outdoor) that were available, but there was a great selection. The hot tub was great for easing tightness for our player and his fans. If my family or anyone I know is going to this general area, I will first look for this property. It is the best overall vacation rental experience. We travel a lot for baseball, and this property and host made us feel like we were at home!

Wow! Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The house was amazing! It had so much to offer, including a brand new hot tub, and it really felt like a home away from home! The backyard was huge! Our dogs ran wild while our son enjoyed the neighbor's goats, and my wife and I really enjoyed the bar/grill/TV setup. The host was super helpful, easy to get in touch with, and even left us a lovely welcome gift! The book full of things to do was very helpful, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Exceeds expectations
My friends and I loved our stay in this beautiful, well-appointed home. The host, Shawna, anticipated our every need, even those we didn’t know we needed. From a stocked mini-bar, various treats, and toiletries to fluffy towels, indoor/outdoor games, and clearly posted instructions at every turn, we felt right at home and appreciated all of the welcoming touches. We were in town for a tennis tournament and only regret not having more time to enjoy the spacious backyard and amenities. We look forward to returning to this conveniently located homey home!

Wonderful House with Attention to Details!!
Cutest house in the neighborhood and multiple places for folks to eat if you are hosting a family dinner. Spacious fenced in backyard with beautiful, lush lawn perfect for pets to play. Having the locked dog door with Pet room was especially nice to wipe off paws and manage the pets. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need or want if you are cooking, including a toaster, blender, coffee pot, teapot, and Keurig. Plenty of utensils and even a stocked utility drawer. The mini bar was a very classy touch and impressive! Easy to use with Venmo and QR codes for both the minibar and the Wi-Fi. The outside area is an adorable place to have a drink and socialize. Especially liked the lights hanging above with the shade canopy that also protected from light rain. The hosts were kind enough to leave dog treats and personalize a message to us with a card which immediately made me feel right at home. Books provided lots of information about local attractions and places to visit. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed!

Moving to TN
Best place to stay in Murfreesboro if you are on vacation or moving to the area. We stayed four nights and it was like being at home. Fully stocked kitchen, nice welcome basket, nice gated yard, good exterior lighting, nice size bedrooms, and convenience to great eateries, etc. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and making our transition to TN seamless. Unforgettable Stay at Shawna's Home: A Perfect Retreat for Our Daughter's Wedding Weekend
We were in Murfreesboro for our daughter’s wedding and our time at Shawna's home was exactly what we needed. We arrived to a clean and cozy space that felt like home. The spaciousness of the home allowed us to relax and enjoy each other's company. I absolutely enjoyed the back yard. After the whirlwind of the wedding day, it was the perfect spot to unwind. Our only regret is that our stay couldn't have been longer. We’ll be back and hope to stay here again.

We'll be Returning!
From the moment we pulled onto the driveway, we knew our stay would be special. The house and setting are lovely. Inside, we found a handwritten note welcoming us and our dog with treats for 2 legged and 4 legged friends. Tugg loved his toys and the spacious yard. The outside gathering space was perfect for visiting friends. We were impressed by how the home was stocked from Himalayan salt to coffee syrups and creamers. We have comfy beds at home and are usually disappointed during vacation stays, but the beds here were just like home. We brought dog towels (for expected rains), dog bowls, balls, but none of these items were necessary. The owner has thought about everything that will make one's stay comfortable. Do not hesitate. Reserve your Murfreesboro visit at this home!

A perfect home away from home
My family of four spent 4 nights here over spring break to watch our daughter's softball tournament. This was our first VRBO experience and the owner Shawna set a high standard! From the moment we booked, Shawna was in touch with us. She provided details, recommendations and anwered all of our questions. The home is very clean, nicely decorated with a lot of personal charm mixed with modern conveniences. You could see the amount of attention paid to details in creating a comfortable home away from home. Definately recommended for those staying in the area. If we have another tournament (or just want to visit again...) we will be staying here!

I’ve done quite a bit of traveling and it always seems as though you are missing something. That was not the case here. The home was very accommodating, well furnished, and cozy on every level. Very comfortable and to be honest, really hated leaving it. Also, a huge added bonus that we were able to bring our pets. Would give more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend.
