Overall location was very good. I’m walking distance of lots of places to eat and grab coffee. A short to Broadway and the Gulch. The rooms were nice and clean. The only issue was the pool got quite cloudy and dirty on the last day of our stay.

Family trip
The two units we rented were more than adequate. Mostly clean. We were able to ask for and get anything additional that we needed. Street noise from garbage trucks and delivery vehicles was loud but that is not the fault of the unit or management. Location is great.

HORRIBLE
You must not vet your properties - or check them out in person-if you did you would not let people stay at the Sonder Property in Nashville (across from Vanderbilt Hospital)- First off filthy hallways with pizza boxes in the hall way Disgusting biohazard mucous spits on the walls and doors of the apartment - some sort of spill on the balcony looked like possible vomit bed sheets with black marks and possible mold food and grime under couch every single surface had grime and marks on it cleaning people there when we paid for early check in and maintenance to install new blinds while we were there we spent an hour cleaning and changing all of the sheets ourselves bc we couldn't find another property to stay at such late notice We will never ever use Sonder Properties again and nor should you I have photos and will be posting as I never want anybody to endure the disgusting property and unprofessional attitudes ever again

Music City Stay
This apartment was secure, modern, & had lots of space for our group of 4. It was nice to have a pool to relax in the Nashville heat. Also in a nice location - fairly close to Broadway but in a quieter area. Sonder requires you to create an account to manage your stay after you book through Vrbo, but it’s easy to set up and manage your stay through the account. Parking garage space is an extra fee.

My husband, myself and another couple thought the property was great. I wish we’d stayed longer. The beds were comfortable, very updated decor and convenient location within 15 minute ride to broadway. We used Lyft to get around since we didn’t know the area, which worked out really well. My only criticism is the area rug in the living room should be taped down along the edges as it was lifting in areas. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and our time in Nashville

Great Location but Some Deficiencies
The location was great and the condo was as described but it had a few flaws. The master shower was poorly designed and flooded the bathroom. They had tried to glue in a rubber bumper to keep the water in the shower but it had come loose. We had to lay down towels to soak up the water. There were also no wash clothes. The unit was evidently furnished and designed for wheel chair utilization. The cabinets were all lower than standard and the furniture - beds/couches/chairs - were all very low to the ground. I am a tall person and it was just uncomfortable. I also paid in advance for parking in the garage only to find out the garage was not charging for parking - all the gates were open the entire time and the payment kiosk was shut down.

The location was just far enough away from the chaos of downtown but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Loved the little shops and restaurants nearby. The luggage storage and essentials closet was incredibly helpful and made the first day there much easier since we arrived long before our check-in time. Communication with the property was also easy. The only complaint is that the bedding and towels had been washed but didn't seem overly clean (smells, stains, etc.)

The area was great, the building was nice with great amenities and near by shops, boutiques, restaurants, etc. However the elevator was out 75% of the time which made it difficult for us because we were there on travel for doctors appts for our daughter for her legs, she's a bilateral amputee so that was a huge problem for us. Then the air unit was leaking all over the floor which made entering the unit very slippery, I kept adding bath towels to keep the water soaked up. I was told maintenance was coming the next morning but don't believe they ever came as nothing was moved nor the towels!? Only thing the "chat" told me was to keep air conditioning above 72, which we had it at 74 because it was extremely hot out, I'm not stupid. The unit thermostat was set to default at certain times on its own so through the night it was at 76 and would get warm in the unit then at 730 or so in the morning it would go to 67!!?? I kept having to change it back to 74!?!? Overall this place has great potential, just need better ways of getting things taken care of!!

Upon arrival, it was a very easy check-in, using codes to get in the lobby, elevator, and room. The hallways were quite dirty, and while the inside of the space seemed clean, it appeared that the sheets on the pull-out couch were not clean. Communication seemed easy, but the texts I sent were not always answered immediately, and when I needed to ask again, they needed verification all over again to know who I was. It was an ok place to stay, but I am not sure I'd stay again based on the cleanliness.

Property not accurately described
We chose this property based on the lovely pictures and the upper floor, balcony and view. When we arrived, the unit was clearly different than pictured. It was on the ground floor with views of an alley and people walking past so we could not leave the blinds open. I immediately messaged the company telling them that this is not the property I had booked. They told me that I had reserved a unit in the building and they put us in whatever unit happened to be available during our dates. This is a clear bait and switch in my eyes. Every other time I have reserved a property on VRBO I have rented a specific unit and that was where we stayed. I am extremely disappointed that we were not offered a partial refund or the opportunity to switch to a unit more in line with what we had reserved. I will never again rent a property through Sonder.

Dusting needed. Cloth Headboards had dust globs. Baseboards also dusty. End tables had cup rings from previous clients. Perfect location. However, lots of sirens from Vanderbilt hospital, also helicopters. Easy parking but didn’t match directions.
