The code never had problems getting into the building or room. I was VERY happy with the door stopper attached for safety. Would consider living there full time.

Good experience
The check in process and room access was very easy and secure. The room looked exactly like the picture. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator. Staff were very helpful and kind. Although the building itself is beautiful, the street it is on looked a little sketchy when we pulled up. It turned out to be a very quiet street, plenty of parking, and a cheap Lyft ride to Broadway.

Great Place to Stay in Nashville
The location and security was excellent. The check-in process was simple and secure. The room I stayed in was clean and modern with nice more than ample amenities. The only exception I can think of is the paid parking requirement was for an odd number of hours and a little pricey. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Nashville Stay
I was very impressed. For the price point, I was a bit concerned about the condition of the unit &/or neighborhood. The unit was all very clean, our room was amazing- very clean, excellent bed linens, shower was fantastic, the balcony was very nice, the kitchenette was perfect. The neighborhood was fine. Quick 5-8 minute ride to downtown. We were able to find free parking on the street close to the building. There is a parking lot directly behind the building that is quite expensive. I would highly recommend this location & will absolutely book here again as I come to Nashville a few times each year. We did not have, nor need to communicate with the property manager, but the survey makes a star rating necessary to move forward & there is no N/A option.

The unit was updated and nice, but the people staying directly above us were really loud at all hours (stomping). There were some ants in the unit, but i suppose that is expected on a ground floor. The refrigerator was installed right up against a wall, so you couldnt open the freezer without scraping the wall.

The studio apartment was just what we needed. Being able to lock our luggage before check in was very convenient. The Germantown neighborhood had a lot to offer but was also only a 10 Min Uber ride to downtown Nashville. We even walked down one night.

Had trouble with check in process but was my error. Room as described and was clean, could use deep sweep and vacuum. Neighborhood was borderline but had no issues, local folks and restaurants very nice and friendly. Would come and stay again. Elevator broke first day. Walls in common areas and hallways need touch up.

Ryman Theatre concert trip
Perfect! Exactly as described in listing! Clean and well decorated! Very efficient space for the two of us! Comfortable bedding! Walkable for us to the Ryman and Music Row, 65+ with no mobility issues. We felt safe and secure! Lots of free street parking. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants very close by. Would stay again!

Stay was okay. Had an issue that was resolved fairly quickly after that all was well. Only complaint is no where to put clothes. There was a closet with hangers but not near enough and needed some shelves for other articles of clothes

Quick trip
We needed a place asap as the one we booked before this was terrible (a different hotel). Location was good, room was clean and comfortable. The one issue is when people come in late, yes they shouldn’t be loud but I don’t think they were. There isn’t much sound proofing. I could hear them walking around and talking. That was frustrating. Clean, felt safe, easy access to things, enough space and comfortable.

The property was amazing. Room was clean and we had everything we needed right down to shampoo and conditioner. My daughter had read a review about the extra linens in the room in the bag, how they were wadded up and "dirty". It was a duvet cover and it was clean. Apparently they didnt understand duvet covers. WE LOVED the room. We will book another Sonder Property in the future.

We reserved this studio for 3 adults to stay for a long weekend. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and could not be slept on as a bed. The linens for the pull out were shoved in a bag with the comforter and it was unclear if they had been washed. The iron had a sticky mess. There was a lot of noise in the building as if there was construction. Some of the common areas (stairwells/elevator) were not clean. We did have an issue with the pin pad on our first night.

Lovely stay!
Exactly like the website shows! Loved the little patio and the kitchen area! I loved that there were plates and cups provided as well as other kitchen utensils! Only complaint is that the garbage disposal was really gross. Not that that’s a big deal I’m not putting my hands or anything down there. It was super easy to walk everywhere and the Germantown pub is right across the street pretty much and has awesome food! Monells is also close by and I highly recommend there!
