The trip itself was amazing. Had a great time sketchy neighborhood the bed being right inside the door as soon as you come in was a lil uneasy but it locks so that makes it better. But just having drunk people knocking on windows at night was a lil sketchy

Overall the property was very nice, however the area did seem pretty sketchy. The first floor bedroom is immediately inside the front door. A few of our family members felt uneasy staying in that room with how the surrounding neighborhood looked. Other than that, the house was very very clean and nice. It looked just like the pictures online.

House was perfect! My kids enjoyed stairs (since we don’t have them at home) and the game room. Everything in the home was up to date and very nice. Water didn’t get very hot and parking sucked but everything else was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Questionable neighborhood
We truly enjoyed the condo itself with the exception of the neighborhood. The condo was very well stocked and clean, communication with the host was quick and easy. The condo has 3 levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. The living space and kitchen are on second floor. The bedroom on the first floor is barely 2 steps from the front door. And that is all that is on that floor besides the door going into garage. Because of this we were not comfortable using this bedroom, so we doubled up in the king bedroom on the 3rd floor. Parking was far from ideal also. I don’t mean to knock this listing, just giving better info than we had. It was about a 20 minute drive to the hot spots (broadway, opry, gulch) which was fine with us. But the neighborhood left us a bit uneasy.

Girls weekend!
We had so much fun for our first time in Nashville! We loved our little townhouse! It was very clean and welcoming! The area was a little sketchy but our overall stay was great! Would highly recommend this rental!

Thanksgiving family visit
This unit was awesome for our family Thanksgiving visit. 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom (and a tub on the 2nd floor) fits our needs perfectly. The place was very clean, equipped with modern appliances, and easy to get to from the airport. The only knock I have, was with the parking. If only there was easy access to the 2 car garage, I would give 5 stars across the board.

It was great to have 3 bathrooms and separate rooms for all the adults. The kitchen could have used a few more supplies for cooking, but overall we enjoyed our stay! Responses to text messages were real quick.

Not our best experience
The unit itself was nice. There were a few issues -some drywall flaking off, stair banister was loose, the downstairs AC unit was not working and the unit smelled like weed. I will say that we advised the owner and they were very responsive. They sent someone out to repair the AC and try to get the weed smell out. Unfortunately the unit still smelled awful. Then the first night our vehicle was broken into. The last night that we were there- our second vehicle was broken into and they smashed out windows. We filed 2 separate police reports while we were there. The first break-in they stole valuable tools. Second break in was more just personal items. We have been renting through VRBO for many years as we travel throughout the year for our business. This is the first time we have incurred such a loss. It is unfortunate as the reviews all seemed positive. I think that the parking leaves you very exposed to crime and the worst part is that there were NO security cameras outside the unit. This is very rare with VRBO now. I do feel that the rental management company did what they could to resolve our initial problems with the unit, however the lack of security is a concern. We will not be staying at this listing when we return to Nashville.

It was an amazing house!!! Like I was so happy when I walked in the door!! It was like a bachelor pad if anything! Huge master bed room huge bathroom ! Brand new appliances CURVED tv ! Flat screen in master bed room with a balcony to the outside ! What an amazing house though.. only cons are the parking situation if you have more than one car. The area isn’t that nice around there the street is very dark where they want you to park you’re car at. The Wi-Fi isn’t great either. Other than that I give it a 10 out of 10. It was an amazing stay!! We were sent there from our company called Wash N Roll which is based out of Tennessee a fast growing car wash and we were so lucky to be able to stay here. Thank You!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
