Great Place!
My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It's a very spacious three story townhome. I loved that there was not only a coffee pot and a Keurig, but a fresh bag of coffee, filters, and a variety of K-cups were provided! It was too hot during our stay to enjoy the balcony, but it was pretty amazing. Communication with the management company was easy. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Location was also great - close to highway and only 10-12 minutes from downtown.

Had a great visit overall
The property was spacious and perfect for our group. There were some minor cleanliness and maintenance issues that were addressed. The listing should also say 2 full and 2 half baths rather than 4 bathrooms. One of our guests had to share our master bath which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we had a great visit. Very nice and well kept property. Nice neighborhood with convenient Uber rides. House nicely equipped. 2 sets of stairs was MAJOR hassle! They would have to do something about that in order for us to stay again!

Property was clean and welcoming in East Nashville. Nicely decorated with towels left on bed. We were there midweek so quiet. Loved the bottle of wine left for us to enjoy as well as the coffee. It was great have some bathroom supplies. Extra soft bathroom tissue. The beds were comfortable and lots of choice of pillows and blankets. When we looked at listing, we thought there were 3 showers. Unfortunately there were just 2(3 couples so would have been nice). Lots of stairs up to bedrooms. Nice kitchen with everything you need. We would recommend this place!

Beautiful place! Very spacious and extremely clean. We rented the place for a bachelorette and it had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and there was more than enough space for everyone. The rooftop deck was a nice spot to hangout and drink coffee in the morning. The host was very responsive and check in/out was super easy. Highly recommended.

The location of this rental was perfect for being close to the strip. We had the perfect amount of space and each of the rooms were clean and tidy. The roof top is nice to be able to sit and talk. We will definitely be renting again on our next trip.

Awesome place in the perfect location
The house was very close to food, groceries and a short Uber to everything. Plenty big for at least 8 full adults. Owners left us a nice welcome basket and communicated regularly during the visit. Highly recommend for your Nashville trip.

Best property ever!!
I can’t give this property and the managers enough stars! It was by far the top 2 properties we have ever stayed at! Everything was perfect and pictures were spot on! The beds were all comfy!! There was plenty of blankets, dishware and anything you could need! Communication was excellent! There was a a great little beer garden across the street that also had coffee! Perfect! Safe neighborhood!! My adult children loved it especially the rooftop patio! We come to Nashville every August and will definitely be back to this property!! Thanks for a great weekend with my family!!
