Very clean and comfortable housr
A group of 6 adults and two dogs for two nights in Nashville. We cooked two meals in the kitchen with plenty of utensils. We were very comfortable in the house and the big fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The only issue we had was the coded lock not working properly but they sent someone out right away to get it fixed.

Nashville Divorce 12.2024!
This house was perfect! It had a little more rough housing touches than I would've expected but nothing over the top. We had a total of 4 girls, each of us got our own bed which could have easily fit 2 people in each! Great location, we felt safe and the neighbors were awesome! My one request is to add tv's into the bedroom, we are group that has to have noise to sleep and having to use my phone each night while it was plugged in wasn't ideal at all! Thank you so much for a great first experience in Nashville!!

Outside of house needs pressure washing. When front door did not open upon arrival, help was friendly and prompt. Everything needed was available. Nicely decorared. Back door needs attention. Very nice appliances. Comfortable. I wanted to wash shower curtains, but no time. Beds are comfortable and clean Thank you.

Nashville Family Trip
This was the most perfect place. Good quiet neighborhood. It was with in 10-15 to everything. My mom and my brother in law both are older and handycap. The walk in shower in the one bathroom was so helpful to bathe my mom. The beds were comfortable. Having as washer and dryer so I didn’t have to drag dirty clothes home was great. I would love to stay again. I would recommend to anyone I know going to Nashville.

The inside was clean and comfortable. The exterior and landscaping needs attention though. The location in East Nashville is great. The master bedroom should have the king, not two separate beds. The backyard is not small dog secure with gate gap, though we did appreciate having the yard!

Great Stay
Our overall stay was good. The neighborhood was fine. The only drawback we had was the gate being opened but we just closed it. Also, when we ran out of gas for the grill they came right away to replace it. We enjoyed it and if we are back in Nashville we will definitely come back.

My husband and I and our 2 chihuahuas vistited Nashville to meet our new granddaughter. The house was a great place to stay. It's nice to have a fenced yard when you're travelling with dogs and a kitchen so we don't have to eat out every meal. Im picky about mattresses and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood
Home was prefect size for our small group. House was clean and comfortable with an enclosed backyard. Location worked well as it is an easy drive to Nashville, Grand Ol Opry, and to the north to Mammoth Caves NP. The kitchen was lightly stocked but had what we needed. The dishwasher wasn’t bolted in so it moved as we were loading it. Overall nice stay.

This home was great for what we needed. The location was convenient, check-in/out was easy, and the backyard was perfect for our dog. Our only gripe was that the hot water heater was way too small. It definitely wasnt able to sustain five adults who all showered daily. The amenities were all modern, communication was great, and the linens were clean.

Great space for our family and small dog
Check in and communication were great. Kitchen, appliances, bedding were all great, beds very comfortable. If I have anything negative, the floor could have been a little cleaner, the color of the flooring hid it and granted the trees were dropping bits that would get tracked in. Not a big deal. Washer and dryer worked well. Overall very pleased.

Expensive compared to other rentals
The home was very clean inside. The beds were very comfortable. Large tv in the living room. New appliances. The management was very responsive with issues we had. The keypad batteries died just after check in and the property manager insured someone came over to replace them. However because it was New Years Eve, we missed dinner with family we were meeting. The property does need quite a few things addressed but the property manager assured me that he would let the home owner know. Some of those items are lack of security lighting in front and back of home, the furniture in the living room and kitchen need to be replaced as they are a little worn and stained, the dining furniture is outdoor furniture and not comfortable. There is only one tv. Oddly the one room with an en-suite had double beds while the king beds were in the other 2 rooms. Hopefully they’ll change that. They had a rug under the dining table that my 80 yr old mom tripped on. I was told it would be removed. The areas isn’t the worst but it’s not the best either. We normally would have stayed in Brentwood but we were trying to stay close to my family in a nearby hotel. If you’re looking for one level with a minimum of stairs this should work for you but it does lack the high end accommodations of other rentals.
