Freuen Sie sich auf eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick sowie einen Pool. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Privathaus mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Ozean! Schnorcheln / schwimmen Sie im Meer und besuchen Sie eines der wunderschönen, farbenfrohen Korallenriffe oder tauchen / fischen Sie nach Schnappern und Hummern von unserer hinteren Terrasse aus! Der Außenbereich verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem angrenzenden Raum für Waschmaschine / Trockner.
Dort sind drei Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein Verbindungsbad und Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und Meerblick. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei große Betten. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher und DVD-Player. Highspeed-Internet ist im Preis inbegriffen. Bringen Sie einfach einen Laptop mit. Schöne offene Wohn-, Esszimmer und Küche, alle mit Meerblick. Schlafen Sie in unserer Hängematte, schwingen Sie (Inselart) unter dem Seagrape Tree. Entspannen und erholen Sie sich, während Sie auf unseren Liegestühlen sitzen und die Meeresbrise spüren! Sie werden unser Privathaus / Schwimmbad lieben.

Unsere Private Ocean Front Villa befindet sich in der Yamacraw Hill Road auf der Insel New Providence in Nassau.

Die Villa ist Internet / Kabel bereit. Es ist drei (3) Minuten Fahrt vom Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. Wendy's und Domino's Pizza sind fünf Autominuten entfernt.
Es gibt absolute Privatsphäre in der Ocean Front Villa, da sie komplett umzäunt ist und ein hölzerner Lattenzaun den Pool und die hinteren Terrassenaktivitäten sehr privat macht.

Die Villa ist jedoch ungefähr 15 Autominuten von Atlantis, Paradise Island, entfernt, wo es viele Aktivitäten und Möglichkeiten gibt, Ihre Freizeit wie folgt zu verbringen:
  
Im Marina Village des Atlantis Resort stehen zahlreiche Restaurants zur Auswahl, darunter das Carmine's, das Bimini Road, das Cafe Martinique, der Market Place, SeaFire, das Eis von Ben & Jerry und Starbucks.

Es gibt den One and Only Ocean Club und Atlantis mit großartigen Golfplätzen, Schnorcheln, Bootfahren, Delfin-Begegnungen, Parasegeln und dem Bo-Hingy-Boot, das Besucher zu einer nahe gelegenen Insel namens Harbour Island bringt, um die wunderschönen rosa Sandstrände zu sehen.

Die Bay Street, das Stadtzentrum, ist eine 18-minütige Fahrt von der Villa entfernt. Dort finden Sie einen Strohmarkt, eine Rumkuchenfabrik, eine Senior Frogs Bar und ein Restaurant, das Governors House und Luciano's Restaurant, um nur einige Dinge zu nennen.

Auf der anderen Seite ist die Ocean Front Villa ein ruhiger und erholsamer Zufluchtsort, wo Sie sich auf unserer fabelhaften Ocean Front Terrasse zurücklehnen und die beruhigenden Klänge des Ozeans genießen können, die ein Gefühl von Frieden / Ruhe auszulösen scheinen und ein wenig genießen Stück vom Himmel auf Erden!

Es gibt ein weltberühmtes Fünf-Sterne-Resort namens Atlantis auf der sehr beliebten Paradiesinsel. Besuchen Sie die Restaurants und Geschäfte in Marina Village, spielen Sie Tennis, schwimmen Sie mit den Delfinen oder nehmen Sie an verschiedenen touristischen Seeausflügen teil. Touristen können eine Tageskarte für 135 US-Dollar pro Erwachsenem und 80 US-Dollar pro Kind kaufen und alle Einrichtungen nutzen, darunter den Wasser-Themenpark, Rutschen, Unterwasseraquarien und wunderschöne Strände.

Ein Besuch der Blue Lagoon Island ist sehr zu empfehlen, wo Sie die Seelöwen streicheln und mit den Delfinen schwimmen können. Bei diesem Ausflug können die Gäste einen ganzen oder einen halben Tag am Strand verbringen.

Es gibt einen ganzen Tag 'Family Island' Ausflüge mit dem 'Bohengy Boat' (auch Bahamas Fast Ferries genannt), der ungefähr 2 1/2 Stunden dauert, um zu Familieninseln wie Harbour Island, Eleuthera zu gelangen, wo es noch schönere gibt , einsame Strände mit rosa Sand.

A Paradise indeed
Amazing location, perfect for people like us enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, a short drive away from shopping centers and activities. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing at the property and the swimming pool was a plus for our teens. The house was great for us and I would have given a 5-star rating with a bit better maintenance. Overall, we had a great time.

Overall, amazing place. You can't beat the views and peaceful seclusion. If you want a place to just be alone, this is the place. We had such a blast with my kids swimming on the reef, that the pool seemed kind of pointless and dirty compared to how crystal clear and calm the ocean was. Beach is more of a locals beach (not maintained with a good amount of broken glass), but had it all to ourselves. 20 minute drive from all the main attractions of the island, if you want to go out. Only negative is a lot of stuff is showing significant wear. Dishwasher leaks, we had no running water for 2 hours due to an old electrical issues, cracks in tiles out back, etc.

The views were amazing, the people were amazing, the staff were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be going back annually. 10/10 recommend and I’m extremely picky about where I stay! Cathy is fantastic to work with, she replies super quickly and communication is similar to that a 5-star resort. There were plenty of bath towels and pool towels, they have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, everything you would ever need is there. Highly recommend this place to anyone even considering going to Nassau, the location was safe and secure!

Wonderful stay at Ocean Paradise
The name of the home says it all, ocean paradise! Communication with the host was easy & check-in was smooth. The home had everything we needed for our stay: plenty of "beach" towels, shower towels, kitchen cups & plates, coffee maker, and lots of space. Bonus extras included the pool, Adirondack chairs with gorgeous ocean views, kayaks, and water shoes (really useful because the ocean floor is rocky). The water is clear, we saw a few little fish and a sting ray and we spent lots of time enjoying the views and water. We loved our time and would recommend to any family or visitor!

Relaxation at it’s finest!
We loved our house in the Bahamas! Morning sun and shaded porch in the afternoons. Close to several local beaches. We especially enjoyed being in an area that was less ‘touristy’, but close enough to everything we wanted to do with our rental car. Property has all the comforts we wanted for my husband and I and our 1 20yt old daughters.

We have done many VRBO this place was a great find. It is a wee bit dated which for us was just fine. Everything in the place was clean and maintained. We had a bit of a dilemma when the hot water tank died on us Cathy was on it and it was replaced the very next day. We really appreciated this. Only thing we regretted was only booking for a week. Two weeks would not have been enough. When we had to stay on for a bit on check out date because of various reason Cathy was very gracious and gave us a bit of extra time. Again so very appreciative. Dont be afraid of booking here the place is clean and very safe.

We flew down for a family vacation and this home is absolutely stunning. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. There were 6 adults and we had more than enough room. The hammock was a family favorite. Watching the sunrise from the patio is a must! The pool was amazing. Saved to favorites because we will stay there again. Great communication with owner and gave us great advice. Download WhatsApp because that is where check in instructions will be sent. A Taxi into town is approx $50-60 one way so check on renting a car as it could be a little cheaper if you have a smaller group.

House was a little ways away from downtown but not bad drive to downtown or Atlantis! Host gave great suggestions for grocery stores and car rentals! Suggest you rent a car for at least a portion of trip unless you just want to kick back at house for your whole stay..suggest you don’t do the grocery delivery..serious price increases but that is not on this host! House as clean and well appointed…spent a lot of time in pool and on back porch!

Great Property For Anyone
Nice very spacious house, we went snorkeling right at property! Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores restaurants other beaches. The owner was very easy to reach and replied quickly to any questions we had. People have recommended updating property-I did not find any issues other than back patio having cracks due to weather. The bed we slept in was very comfortable, pool was very clean-there was snorkeling gear, floaties for the pool and fishing poles. The owner had water filtration on kitchen sink, and a water cooler with plenty of water to replace if needed. The only thing I would recommend would be beach towels and a cooler to possibly take to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone!

The house is beautiful and well located if you have a rental car. Buses don’t go that far and taxis are very expensive. Renting a car is a must do! :) The owner was nice and helpful. She sends a very helpful document in advance. The water in front is very nice! We saw many huge fish and sting rays. The pool is very nice and very warm which was very nice for us. The only two things that were negative about this property were that a lot of cooking utensils are missing (no scisors, etc…) and the beds are not comfortable. The matresses definitely need to be changed. There are foam matresses on top of every bed, but the original matresses are sagging. My boyfriend has back problem so it was a big issue for him. It was not such a big issue for our daughters. It is just something that you need to be aware of if you decide to book this house. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommand this property anytime!

The house was more then we needed for two couples, but the price was comparable to smaller units. Snorkeling off the back and the pool added to the value. Even though we had to drive to most activities, they weren’t that far and it was a quiet neighborhood. You could tell the home had weathered a few storms, but overall condition was fine.

Perfect stay
The ocean front and views were amazing. Very quiet area. Pool was great. Snorkeling off the property was amazing! Saw a manta ray a few times. Pool was perfect temperature and clean. Lots of sitting areas outside. Rented a car which was a good idea. It is residential area so no transportation opportunities other than a cab. Home had everything we needed. Grocery store not too far away. Vrbo kept in communication. It was great!

Literally ON the ocean
Our family of 4 (parents and 2 young adult kids) had a great time hanging out, fishing and swimming at the house. The back side of the patio is a sea wall so you are right on the ocean. There is a row of comfy adironack chairs to read or just watch the water. The ocean is right there to fish or to just swim or snorkel on calm days. And the pool is a nice option. We were there for four relaxing nights. There is a nice grocery store just a short drive away. It is on the quiet side of the island. There are no restaurants or night life in the immediate area, but that was fine with us. Good wifi. The drive to town (Nassau) is 15-20 minutes if you want that. We just picked up heat-and-eat or takeout for dinner. The kitchen is well equipped (pots pans plates etc, plus there were a few pantry items like olive oil, salt, pepper) if you want to prepare meals at the house. There is a nice large dining table. This is a great place for the more independent traveler. It is a quiet area away from the cruise ship crowds and people selling stuff. There is beach a short drive away that is very quiet.

Great property
Very nice property in nicer area of Bahamas. We loved being able to hop in the ocean. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay but......
The property manager/owner was very responsive to our needs at every turn but we had so many issues that never should have happened if the property was better kept in general. For example, the day we arrived the pool was actually green and when I reached out she said that the issue was just brought to her attention but a pool does not turn green over night. We also had issues with an electrical fire in the master bedroom, burnt out light fixtures in closets. The ceiling fans would run fast and then dim completely down again. Leaking water heater, the microwave only worked at certain times of the day, furniture that was so broken down it was unbelievable and when we said something she immediately responded with " new furniture is on its way" but based off the condition of that furniture I would say it should have been "on it's way" 4-5 years ago. There was broken patio furniture and clay planters on the pool area that should have been thrown away years ago, and the grill that was pictured in the ad was non-existent so she sent over one of the neighbors with a mini table top charcoal grill that was too small to use for our group. I really hesitated to leave this review because she was very responsive but again, there is no way all the issues that we had just instantaneously happened the week or two before we came. In summary, yes we enjoyed our stay and yes I would stay there again but only after I verified that the long needed repairs etc had been addressed.

Girls trip 50th Birthday
Amazing location right on the water. Great place to stay with friends! Walk out the door to watch the sunrise each morning. We snorkeled each and everyday! Was absolutely perfect for our group of girlfriends. I will bring my family back as well! The outdoor space and location were top notch!

Paradise indeed!
If what you need on your island vacation is your own private piece of ocean, sun, peace, amazing views, silence, a complete privacy, freedom, relaxation and an escape from hassle and crowds, this is your place! The back porch is all you need for a perfect beach experience - tanning (without getting sand all over you or noise other than the waives), few steps to swimming in the ocean and snorkeling, or fishing... And watching the sun rising over the ocean from the front row seats is irreplaceable. You can feel completely undisturbed but at the same time if you need something or have a question Cathy is very responsive and friendly host. But there's nothing much more you will need than what is already provided for you there at the true Ocean Paradise villa. I don't feel like I will ever want a beach vacation at a different place.
