„Our family (spouse, adult children & grandchildren) spent 2 nights here. Great location and layout of the home. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Just be aware that the listing clearly states there is no air conditioning. It cooled enough at night with the windows open, but some of the windows do not have screens and none of the windows on the back bedroom/sun porch open.“

„This is a great cabin near the Arkansas river just north of Buena Vista. The cabin has great amenities including a nice back yard including a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the river for all of your recreation needs. I hesitate to oversell it as we plan to return next year!“

„The couple that runs this property are very sweet and will help you with anything! Saw deer and trout! The hot tub was amazing by their little stream! „This the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time.“

„The listing accurately reflects the rental. It is in a great location and we enjoyed the hot tub alongside the creek. One thing to note - I would say this place is less pet friendly and more pet tolerable. They block off the master bedroom saying pets are not allowed in it, which is a bummer if you have your pet sleep in the same room.
