"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception and overall in the hotel. The hotel itself is looking new and in good condition. The hotel location is just perfect because of nearby shopping mall etc. Two notes from my side: 1.I am just wondering why here are so much non-local and only englisch speaking workers in the restaurant. (Most of the local staff speaks English, Moldawian, Russian and other languages). 2. Note to hotels.com. For some reasons I couldn't book the room with breakfast included using hotels.com app or browser. Please add the option to the app. "

"Sehr nettes Personal, saubere Unterkunft und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist in 20 Minuten vom Flughafen zu erreichen, es liegt zentral und ist gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. "

"Tolles und sauberes Stadthotel in Chisinau. Sehr modernes und ruhiges Hotel. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ist sehr nett und freundlich, eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich und kommt sehr unmotiviert rüber und kann kaum Englisch - sie ist die ganze Zeit am Handy gewesen und konnte uns kaum weiterhelfen. Wobei die anderen Rezeptionisten sehr positiv aufgefallen ist und auch gutes Englisch gesprochen hat."

"The apartments are in the center, very easy to navigate from it. I arrived late in the evening and anyway was received and got keys without waiting. Thanks for that. The apartment is small and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it! "
