Situated in a quiet neighborhood just under 2 miles to Navarre Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Palm Cottage is your home away from home. This three-bedroom, two-bath pet and kid-friendly home has everything you need for an ideal beach vacation! There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining for 6. The resort-style backyard is entirely fenced with a grill and firepit. Enjoy outdoor games and plenty of run around space for the pooch. As this is a private property, there’s plenty of parking space that belongs only to you, including a one car garage, a driveway that comfortably fits up to four additional vehicles, and one off-street space (still on property). There’s a washer and dryer to help with all of those salty bathing suits, high-speed internet/wifi, a living room with with a large screen, Roku TV (also with free YouTube TV) and an electric fireplace if you’re here to escape the winter. Of course, the house is equipped with central AC and heat with ceiling fans in all but the twin room and bathtubs in both bathrooms. Lots of room in the side yard to keep your beach supplies! Super convenient to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores! Electronic, keyless entry makes coming and going easy! Every area of this property is newly remodeled! And the best part - no neighbors above or below you!!

If you bring your pet, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per reservation.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door (Ring doorbell) and in the backyard. The camera in the backyard does NOT record audio to ensure the privacy of our guests. Please contact us with any concerns. We want to make sure you feel comfortable during your stay.

The perfect beach cottage
Everything about this house was perfect! All the little touches from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds made our stay perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and in a location that made it easy to avoid traffic and still get to the beach quickly. It was a perfect choice for us. We will be booking this one again!

This cottage was the perfect spot for our family stay in Navarre. Close to shops and restaurants, Navarre beach (pier) and a short drive along the beautiful coast to Pensacola Beach. Host had all the homey accommodations for both us and our pets. Would book again!

The house was great. It was well decorated, with little things that made it stand out. There is a sandy area in the back with a firepit, and a hot tub near the backdoor. The beds were very comfortable & check is was extremely easy. It was close to everything I wanted and the roads in the neighborhood run parallel to the main highway. I loved this as it allowed me to circumvent any traffic on the highway. I cannot say enough about this place. I will be renting this property again when I return to Nevarre.

The house was so relaxing. The hosts had some nice little extras waiting for us upon arrival that were fun and unexpected. It was clean and lovely, just as described. It was nice to have a fenced yard for our pup. We would stay again for sure.

Winter Getaway
My wife and I have visited Navarre each of the last 3 years. On this visit it was mostly the 2 of us and our 2 Brittanie’s. Two of our children and their spouses paid us short visits on separate dates. The house and property were exactly as advertised. The owner/host was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries. The kitchen was especially well equipped and user-friendly. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The second and third bedrooms were both quite small, so having more than two 2 additional people staying for any length of time might a bit crowded. The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. We made good use of the gas grill provided with the property. Bike riding in the neighborhood was a daily activity. There is a golf course within 10 minutes drive from the property. We enjoyed the scavenger hunt the owner set up. We stayed for three weeks for the better part of March. We had some rainy days and the temperatures were a little on the cool side, but there was no snow or ice to remove!

Loved Palm Cottage
Palm Cottage was the perfect place for our month long stay. Kim & Eric are thoughtful, friendly hosts who want their guests to have a great experience. The house is cute and comfortable. Very clean, and nicely appointed for adults as well as children. If we visited the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for winter getaway
The house is in a very convenient location to things we are use to having. So close to getting over to the water as well. We meet friends yearly in the Navarre area and the property was like hosting in our own home. The house is well appointed and we felt very comfortable there. Would recommend highly. Great for a couple or a family of 4 to 6 even. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed backyard. We felt very safe there as well.

What a lovely experience
We absolutely loved staying at this house. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming, and it shows in the home. My kiddo loved the included coloring books and toys, and our puppy had a great time with their balls and outdoor space. We had a slight hiccup during our stay, and the hosts were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. If we’re ever in the area again we would absolutely come back!

The Perfect Friendcation
This house was absolutely perfect for us, our dog and friends family! The yard was perfect for the kids and dog to play. We were very close to everything we needed. The drive to the beach was really quick and a beautiful drive to one of the many public options. The hosts are absolutely wonderful! They really made sure we had everything we needed, and even provided some rainy day intertainment with their in home scavenger hunt. 😍 Our trip was everything we hoped it would be! Amazing week in Navarre
The house is charming and looks brand new. We loved the big fenced yard with the grill and outdoor furniture. The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome, providing lots of amenities that you don’t find in other rentals, such as snacks, beach equipment and items for our dogs. Two rooms had Roku TV, which was nice. The scavenger hunt was fun and had a cool prize. House is close to beach in nice quiet area. Also very close to Beach Babes Beignet, Scooters and The Twist - all very good. This is by far the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Hope to return!

We found the place cozy and the area very calm. We enjoyed the key lime pie and the kids enjoyed the table games provided. The only thing that I think could be fixed is the master bathroom door. We ended up using the other bathroom more in order to avoid any more damage when fully opening and closing it. Other than that we had a comfortable stay.
