Our updated, 11th floor, two bedroom vacation condo at Navarre Towers is located directly on the beach with a beautiful beach front views. Spend your day playing on the beach or just relaxing while listening to the waves cascading over the shoreline along the Gulf of Mexico. The on-site fitness room will help you keep your fitness routine during your retreat to the beach. Relax at the end of the day at Navarre Tower's on your private balcony watching the beautiful sunset unfold before you.

This vacation condo is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay along the coast, however, if you choose to dine out you will find several choices right on the island. Start planning you next beach trip and choose Navarre Towers.

**** the living room shows a small tv but since these pictures were taken we have purchased a new 50 in. for the living room. Each bed has brand new mattress, even the sleeper sofa. 😁

Perfect!
Absolutely the best location. Adjacent to the public beach access and a big empty protected dune lot - its is quiet and relaxing. The condo is great - wonderful view of the water and beach. Great space with plenty of room for just the 2 of us. Would easily accommodate 4 or 5 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans, cutlery and dishes you would need. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus! I agree with others that the decor is just a little dated, but we were focused on the outside more than inside. We will definitely rent again and enjoy more time on the beach!

Kitchen not well stocked(utensils needed ie scissors and corkscrew) light in laundry room didn’t work. Light bulbs burned out in every room. Sofa and loveseat worn out and dirty. Toliet part holder in master bath broken. Tub/shower in master bath barely drained and water backed while showering. Need information on tv services available

Decent place to stay
This unit satisfied most of our needs. However, it definitely needs some TLC. There were exposed cables in the secondary bedroom as well as an outlet box falling out of the wall behind the bed. Some basic kitchen items were not provided such as a cutting board and vegetable peeler. Popcorn ceiling in hall bath is peeling off, and towel racks need repair, as do the walls were some repairs have been made. The door to the master bath's inner room area was missing from its hinges, and the master bedroom door stuck like crazy. We couldn't close/open it because it was so loud, so it had to remain open the whole time. Awkward! WiFi was not provided at this unit during our stay. We didn't have WiFi at all for the first two days of our week-long stay. Finally tech help got us connected to a neighbor's WiFi. HOWEVER, the owner of the unit was super kind and communicative. She did the best she could to resolve our issues.

Navarre is a very pretty beach town! Sand is sugar white! Great local restaurants too! We loved Navarre Towers! Both bedrooms are large and unit is very comfortable with amazing views

Labor Day Get Away
First I must say, Navarre Beach NEVER disappoints. Unfortunately, I can not say that about this particular unit. The property has potential but needs a lot of TLC. It was very dirty. Windows has smear stains on them, light bulbs were out, dried food on the kitchen table, toilet paper holder was missing, hand towel holder was broken and kept falling from the wall but the worst part was you couldn’t walk barefoot inside without the bottom of your feet turning black. I don’t think the floor had ever been mopped. I was willing to mop it myself but there was no mop in the unit. We will definitely return to Navarre but not this unit.

Very nice vacation place with a really good view.
A very nice place with a really good beach view. (11th floor facing the beach.) The condo was laid out nicely and quite spacious. The kitchen served all of our needs and we made use of all the major other appliances. It was super nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes without having to leave our room. With some mobility issues, I was super happy to have the spacious master bath and the adjustable hand held shower head. (Most places have the fixed shower head mounted almost at the top of the wall. I'm short.) The elevators made it easy to get up and down and they have one specifically for carrying all your stuff/luggage so you're not fighting for eleavator space. Access to the beach was good and beach wasn't crowded, we also took a dip in the pool. We had a very nice stay and will rent from here again in the future.

Do not book here unless you like to be deceived!
Owner posted in the description and comments that she “had recently purchased this condo and many updates coming in the next few weeks, including window coverings.” That statement was from February 2023. As of mid -August 2023, nothing has been done except for possibly updating the mattresses. . This condo can sleep a max of 4, not 6,because there are no window coverings in the main room. However, there is plenty of ugly, bare drapery hardware just waiting for something to block the sun from blasting the poor folks in the sofa bed first thing in the morning! Maybe someday…meanwhile, I did manage to get the owner to remove that part of the description so fewer renters think, like us, that she has to be truthful. The bottom line for this unit is that it’s being used as a money grab, and the absolute least, cheapest possible way to keep VRBO off her back is the owner’s MO. Here are just a couple of examples: microwave over the stove broken? No problem! Don’t actually fix, just bring in a nasty used one and put it on the counter! Ceiling fan not working in 2nd bedroom-don’t fix it! MUCH cheaper to go to Walmart and buy the cheapest standing fan you can-still counts as a “repair”, right? I could go on, but the only way to get this unit back in shape is to take it off rental for a week, bring in lots of repair people, painters, and a serious cleaning team. Then, spend a little money outfitting the empty kitchen, and decorate it in something other than “early dorm room”!

PERFECT Location
The location and complex were wonderful. However, the condo needed some TLC. The couch and love seat were pretty worn and dingy, so we bought covers to use for our stay. We also bought an air mattress for our boys who were to sleep on the pull out sofa due to how nasty the couch was. The unit was not cleaned well, and copious amounts of sand were all over the condo upon arrival. Could use some stocking in the kitchen. Utensils were sparse and drawers were disheveled. We really enjoyed the trip despite the units’ small short comings!

Anniversary get away!
Beautiful property on the 11th floor. We got to view the beautiful beach and crystal blue waters of Navarre. Beach was not very crowded and people were very friendly.
