"Wir waren 3 Nächte dort, es war sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Man kann mit dem Auto ca.20 min oder aber auch mit dem Zug direkt ins Zentrum von Rom. Unser Appartement war leider etwas zu sehr abseits vom Pool. Selbstversorgung ist angesagt. Es gibt aber ein Lebensmittel Geschäft ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. "

"Nice and clean apartment in Rome. By car you can go within 15 - 25 min. to the parking spot of "Parcheggio Ludovisi" which is next to the centre and near to the fountain Di Trevi. The apartment itself has an air conditioner and is totally fine for a family with up to 4 persons. The only point of criticsm is that despite saying that a washing machine for clothes would be available, this was missing"

"We had a really nice time in Umbria. The villa has a great garden, wonderfull pool, amazing patio and a nice atmosphere. The surroundings and little towns near by are breathtaking...also the nearby lake and waterfalls. The villa would be absolutely amazing and has a lot of potential. However, you can tell it it's not really been taken care of for some time. The kitchen is old and not really full equipped or just with old random stuff. I have the feeling that the bathrooms could be renewed, they are very small and not really inviting. The furniture in the villa seems like put together from all kind of places and some stuff is broken, which is really a pitty because some pieces are really beautiful vitage pieces. The frist thing we did is clean up the pool area (it was messy), invest in some light bulbs (the light inside is like at the dentist) and also some small stuff for the kitchen. However the shower next to the pool didn't work, after we reported it, it got exchanged on the next day and now there is a very fancy nice pool shower. :) The communication with the owner was very easy and he always responded to our needs, questions and suggestions. Thank you very much. All in all i think it's a amazing place that needs a bit work and innovations to it and maybe a better wifi. After we redecorated a bit, we felt good and had a good, easy good time."

"Ich habe einen kurzen Urlaub mit meinen Freunden verbracht. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir erwartet haben. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. Es war sehr schön, den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Es ist auch ziemlich nah - etwa 50 Minuten - für eine Reise nach Rom. Vielen Dank Armando, Vielen Dank Tommaso."

"Das Hotel liegt 30 min.außerhalb von Rom und es verkehrt nur1 Autobus.Das Zimmer war insgesammt zufriedenstellend,aber die Dusche ist eine Zumutung! Das Frühstück war super und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der anderen Speisenangebote ist gut. Das Personal ist Super.Leider ist beim TV ,kein deutscher deutscher Sender dabei.Bei der Wahl der Zimmer muß man aufpassen und nicht das preiswerte buchen.Insgesammt,auf Grund des guten Preises,würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen."
