It is conveniently located for quick access to shopping, the University and The Locks. While the home is child friendly(outdoor playground, sleep & play, ping pong, basketball etc) it isn’t child proofed (as Tammy & David indicate on their listing) so if you are traveling with small children you may need to bring a few things (eg. high chair).
