Sitting close to the shoreline of Petenwell Lake, boating, swimming, and fishing opportunities are at your fingertips! Peaceful Pines is also just mere minutes away from five world-class golf courses, including Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead Golf Course.

Inside the serene interior of your stay, discover an open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen with gorgeous cathedral knotty pine ceilings. Here, family time is maximized. Lounge on the soft sofa in the living room as you tune into your favorite TV show or movie. Or, simply gaze out of the two-story windows at sweeping lake views. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen offers a pleasant space to cook with its ample meal prep space and a full suite of appliances.

Each of the four bedrooms has been adorned with soft linens, homey fixtures, and tasteful wilderness-themed decor pieces. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom.

The walk-out basement provides an entertaining space for the entire family. Unwind on rainy days while engaging in a game of Ping-Pong, poker, darts, or cribbage. Or, utilize the large TV and Xbox to play a new game. Board games and puzzles are also available for your enjoyment.

Outside, the home's massive desk offers a great place to relish the lake breeze. Sit here, sipping on your ritual morning cup of coffee while watching the area's wildlife wander to and fro. The gas grill and outdoor dining pair together perfectly for sweet summer barbecues, and campfire stories and s'mores are encouraged to be indulged in around the firepit.

Before bed, walk to the shared pier where you can watch the yellow, pink, and orange hues of the sunset meet the lake.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell camera and camera on back deck.

Dock details: Per HOA there is no overnight parking at dock area. Boats need to be out of the water for overnight. Day time, all day is fine.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
