We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure that it will feel warm and welcoming with everything you should need for your stay.
We are in Nelson - 5 minutes drive to Tahunanui beach and 7 minutes drive to central Nelson and yet there is the feeling that you are away from it all.

Simplicity and quality - a comfortable queen sized bed, luxury linen, a duvet and a spare one if cold. A hot water bottle for those who get cold feet and in winter an electric blanket is available.

It is glamping with a focus on glamorous ……with a hot water outdoor shower with a sea view, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a small cooker so you can make simple food - we have a list of excellent Nelson restaurants for something more substantial.


There is no wifi - we have ethernet and provide the cords needed for everyones different devices for those coming for longer stays. For those who are EMF sensitive we are in Nelson so obviously EMFs are still present but much less than in built up areas.

We have a small poodle on the property - and dogs are welcome but only by prior arrangement please.

We are on a hillside and there is a good railing in front of the cabin but due to the steepness of the hillside this property is not for small children. Also it is non smoking - please.

We live in the main house and there are three cabins in the garden. The top one is a bedroom and the middle one an office that is only used occasionally. We respect your privacy and your cabin being a distance from the house plus with the help of the feijoa hedge, hopefully you will feel a sense of privacy and space.

You will love it here…..it’s cosy, calm and peaceful with a wonderful sea view.
