„Beautiful property that suited our needs well. Very well located close to everything in Richmond and on the North edge of the Nelson area so closer to Abel Tasman. Bathroom has been recently remodeled and was very nice; kitchen is fairly dated (pretty sure the built-in microwave oven was at least 40 years old -- it took forever to heat up items). The listing didn't mention a BBQ but there was indeed a Weber BabyQ grill propane bottle provided for renters. Would definitely rent the property ...

„The location was great for our staying spending 1.5 days at Abel Tasman with closeness to Nelson for our early morning flight. The location was big enough for us to enjoy and chill. We cooked our supper two nights. “

„We had a wonderful time in Nelson. The house was great for us as a family and we greatly enjoyed taking our Labrador to Back Beach most days. Owner Mike was wonderful - welcoming and so knowledgeable about perfect places to take both the Grandkids and the dog. Property views are wonderful however would suggest since it is on a hill, a car is essential. “
