This is a decent hotel in a decent location - nothing remarkable, but suits it's purpose well. Located 5 mins from a metro stop and 15 from the Duomo, with very good AC.

The staff was friendly and the view of the lake is nice.
However this is NOT a 4 star property. It’s at most 2.5 stars. The rooms are super small, there is no closet, your clothes and suitcases will be right next to your bed.
There is no gym. The pool is not heated.
The area around the hotel is not the glamorous Lake Garda one would expect, it is surrounded by campgrounds, bungalows, rundown apartment buildings, low-end hotels and houses.
There are better places to stay on Lake Garda.

"Really surprised how lovely and luxurious the hotel was. Felt very comforable, spacious, clean and professionally run. The shuttle bus to the airport was excellent? 5 Euros verses 25 for a taxi. I would highly recomend this hotel, a real oases."
