Our beautiful house with luxury finishes is the perfect place to come and reconnect with nature, family and friends. Relax and unwind in the hot tub after an exhilarating hike above the Yuba river. Curl up under a blanket & enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or glass of wine in the gazebo while listening to the fountain in the background. Stay in and cook in the amazing chef's kitchen or take a 5 min. walk into town and enjoy fine dining, shopping and nightlife.

This property has 3 bedrooms and one queen size air mattress with extra bedding for two more guest. Totaling 1 king mattress and 3 queens for a maximum of 8 possible guest.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

My husband and I are close by if you need anything we will always be available and respond promptly through airbnb messages.

Nice quiet neighborhood nestled in the trees. Just steps to Pioneer Park that holds a multitude of events including concerts, movie nights, dance classes, drum circles etc. This park also has tennis courts, baseball fields, a public pool, horseshoe pits and a jungle gym for the children. Just minutes to downtown. Arguably the best neighborhood in Nevada City.

Theirs parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. Just a brief walk through a beautiful trail following Deer creek or down a cascade of stairs will put you in the center of downtown Nevada City. You can also take the streets (5 min walk) into town. We are very centrally located.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we highly recommend all guests purchase trip insurance, especially during fire season. This will help cover any unexpected changes or disruptions due to environmental conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and trip insurance provides an added layer of protection for your vacation plans.

IMPORTANT: If you cancel your reservation 31 days before your check-in we will refund you 100% of your payment minus the Credit Card processing fee of 3.9%. We also recommend all guest purchase trip insurance as it is relatively affordable, and protects you against unforeseen situations.

If you are bringing a minor as an occupant, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor throughout the duration of your stay and agree to the terms of this Agreement on each minor’s behalf.
2. PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION. The total amount due, including the base rates, taxes, and fees are displayed on the checkout webpage for the Vacation Rental. A portion of your total payment may be due upon checkout, as indicated in the “amount to be charged now” line. The balance is due prior to arrival within the schedule indicated on the reservation webpage. Please review these amounts carefully. You may cancel your booking at any time, however, all amounts that have been paid prior to your cancellation will be non-refundable unless specifically indicated otherwise at checkout. 3. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES. The Vacation Rental may have specific rules and policies regarding pets, smoking/vaping, quiet hours, parking, pool and/or hot tub usage, and
other local, HOA, or property regulations. These rules are detailed in the description section of the Vacation Rental listing, in an Exhibit A attached hereto, or as otherwise delivered to you, and are incorporated into this Agreement. Please review these terms carefully, as violation(s) may result in additional fees or the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental without refund. Further, violation of any law or ordinance by any individual at the Vacation Rental during your reservation will result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental without refund.
4. ARRIVAL DETAILS & CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. Once your booking has been paid in full, you will receive contact information for the primary contact for your stay (your “Guest Contact”). Check-in and check-out times will be communicated to you prior to your arrival, unless otherwise set forth in the description of the Vacation Rental. Please confirm your expected arrival time with your Guest Contact. If you or any member of your group fails to vacate the Vacation Rental at the designated check-out time, you grant JC Property Solutions LLC the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for an additional night. Further, JC Property Solutions LLC or the home owner may initiate any and all proceedings necessary to remove you, your occupants, or your belongings from the Vacation Rental.
5. DAMAGE. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to JC Property Solutions LLC before check-out. You agree damage is your full responsibility. This may include damage or loss occurring during your stay, violations of house rules or policies, additional cleaning fees, and/or any fines or other costs incurred by the behavior of you or any other occupant during your stay in violation of laws or other regulations.

JUST PERFECT!
We stayed here when we were in town for our son's wedding. The house was set up perfectly for our group. We enjoyed visiting in the family room, gathering around the island for snacks in the kitchen, sitting on the patio enjoying the sun and playing cards in the dining room. We could spread out or be together with the space. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The park is just about 1/2 block away and was an easy stroll for anyone who wants to play or enjoy the park. It was a quick drive to Nevada City proper (less than 5 minutes) and also quick access to the freeways to head to Grass Valley. Our ONLY disappointment was that we didn't have time to play pool or throw a game of darts! ;) We'll be back to this absolute 5 star home!

This house was great. Both the front and back yards were beautiful. The kitchen was spacious and made making dinner fun and easy. The master bedroom was dreamy and the master bath walks right out to the hot tub on the back patio. This property is walking distance from Prospect park which is beautiful and has walking trails to enjoy. It’s also a short walk to Main Street. And the beds were SO comfortable. Definitely will stay here again for more days next time!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your gorgeous, comfortable home on Nile St., Nevada City. I am an architecture-design nut and to be in your beautifully thought out remodel of what must have been a gem to start with was just the best for me. Lots of light through the windows with a spectacular white dogwood filling the kitchen (so well-appointed) window, great furniture and a TV in each of three rooms. The Tuscan-touched bathrooms, redwood trees and rhododendrons galore. Plus a hot tub? A little bit of heaven right here on earth. We can't wait to return!

Our first family trip to the snow! Unforgettable!!
It began when we first entered into town. All of a sudden out of nowhere there was fresh snow everywhere! Beautiful! Then we arrived at our destination home, which was gorgeous to day the least. Very comfortable, relaxing, and very quiet neighborhood. Very easy to access. The kids played in the snow in the front yard and back, and built a snowman, while I made some homemade soup for dinner. The house had everything I needed for that! Then we were able to unwind in the jacuzzi and take it all in. Everyone had a great nights sleep.I was the first to wake so I ran the jacuzzi tub with some bubbles, as soon as I hopped in....it started snowing outside! That was one of the most magical and relaxing moments I had experienced in my life so far! The bathroom decor was amazing! I felt like I was in aphrodites powder room! We played some games, then our host told me about a family park called Pioneer Park which was in walking distance from us! We got our gear on and headed out! The kids were so happy when we got there! So much snow!! It was clear for a little while then it started snowing again! They were able to sled down a little hill,build snowmen in the baseball field, slide down the slides, swing on the swings! It was magical! I took so many great pictures during this whole trip and the memories are going to last a lifetime! The only thing we regret is not staying longer! I can't wait to book another trip with Julia and Craig!

Exceeded my Expectations
I love, love, love this home. So much so, I extended my stay; furthermore, I intend to come back next month. The home had traditional furnishings and was tastefully appointed. It was very comfortable. This home has all the bells and whistles; the host clearly paid attention to every detail. The kitchen even had a wine fridge. I am so grateful, The host was very responsive to my questions. Thank you for making this a very relaxing vacation.

Just what we needed!
Due to weather, our houseboat adventure got canceled! With only one days notice, the property was immaculate and ready for our stay! The home is beautiful, the beds were very cozy, and the hot tub felt amazing! An added bonus is that the home is within walking distance from downtown! We were able to have a nice dinner out, enjoy a few drinks, and walk safely home! Communication with the owners was very pleasant, and almost immediate! Myself, and my four girlfriends would absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful property!
This house is well appointed. very comfortable & lovely for 3 couples. The location is perfect for the Nevada City & Grass Valley sites ! Host Julia is very charming & very easy to communicate with.
