„We loved our stay at the Spring Street cottage. The location was perfect. We got to visit nearby Kolkin coffee. The decor was quaint, peaceful, and relaxing. There was plenty of room for our family of 3 couples. We look forward to our next trip to the area because we will definitely book with Molly again. She was an excellent host and thought of extra personal touches to make you feel welcomed. Make sure to visit a show at the Derby Dinner Playhouse. “

„Kids 3-7 loved the playset. Enjoyed the firepit & complimentary s’mores & stix for marshmallows or hot dogs were a nice touch. We enjoyed the back porch firepit & grill as well. The kitchen is equipped for cooking to include kids plates, utensils. Nice high chair if needed. Convenient to shopping & downtown New Albany. It was perfect for 2 couples & 3 kids age 3, 5 & 7. Laura & Joseph were responsive any time I messaged them! If we ever come back to this area, we would rent their home again! “
