We spent a long weekend with our daughter and son-in-law attending a family reunion. We were able to bring our two dogs with us and they loved having a large, fenced yard in which to run around and play. The house was clean and comfortable for four adults. Would recommend this property as a centrally located home away from home.

Quick Family Stay Quiet and Quaint
The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. My dogs are my babies and I needed a place where I knew they would be safe and have space to run. Huge backyard, nice neighbors and plenty of space. Quiet and quaint. It's in a prime location ,close to everything, Food, stores, downtown....etc. When I return I will be renting here again.

Easter visit
Don’t let the outside of the house deceive you. While it looks small the house has been total renovated and is very functional. The furniture and beds are great and the location is fantastic. Seems like everything is within a 10 minute drive. The biggest problem we had was the TV. The world is changing and streaming is the hot ticket. Problem is if you don’t have your own accounts to Fubo, You Tube or others services there is no network TV for news or sports. We use cable and this was a big shock. All we watched was Netflix. Also they need more glassware like juice glasses, wine glasses and other glassware. We drank our wine out of coffee cups. Finally the Keurig coffee machine is handy but having a drip coffee maker option would be nice.. Overall this house worked fine for our short visit and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our need
It was just what we needed for the amount of space and being close to the medical center. It is in close proximity to many businesses. Having a fenced yard was a big perk (has a hole that needs attention and would have been nice if it had been mowed). Recommend this location.

Pleasant stay and had everything to fit our needs
It was a nice place and fit our needs. The only thing wrong was the floor in the bathroom where the toilet is and between the toilet and shower is really soft and feels like your going to fall through.

Perfect in almost every way
Property was just as described, and then some. Well appointed in general and nicly decorated for the Christmas season. Easy access to New Bern and highway system to quickly get you anywhere you might want to go. Restaurants and grocery in easy walking distance. Property owner was easy to contact and very responsive. House was clean and comfortable...just like home.

Very close to downtown New Bern in a neighborhood right off a main road which made my visit and drive easy. The property was well maintained, clean, decorated cute and had a fully fenced yard. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Communication and hospitality!
Awesome experience! I asked if the property had a grill, it did not, so they brought us a brand new one! Great communication and the let us check out late due to us riding in the MS Bike ride! Very neat and clean house! Kids enjoyed the Game room! We were able to lock our bikes up in the small garage! Perfect place for us!

Clean and very convenient
The house was very clean and comfortable. Garage was converted into a game room, so it didn’t get too loud inside the house. I was surprised to see cereals bars, oatmeal and k-cups for us to use. The laundry room even one a tide pod and some dryer sheets. Very quiet neighborhood. McDonald’s, KFC, Wendy’s and Walmart marketplace all within 1-2 miles. Big fenced in back yard, our dog loved it. We were about an hour from Morehead Beach, it was super easy to get to.
