This newly constructed cabin, aptly named Rare Breed, offers an unparalleled retreat in the heart of Broken Bow, featuring eight spacious bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, making it an ideal destination for large families or groups seeking both comfort and luxury. Guests can indulge in a variety of recreational activities, including a refreshing dip in the pool, cozy evenings around the fire pit, or friendly competition on the pickleball court, shuffleboard, and pool table. For those looking to unwind, a state-of-the-art massage chair provides the ultimate relaxation experience. With its thoughtful design and abundant amenities, Rare Breed promises an unforgettable escape into nature while ensuring every modern convenience is at your fingertips.

( The outdoor private pool is available to be heated from March to October for a fee of $250 per day. Please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice prior to your arrival for this service.)

The exquisite master bedroom and bathroom suite is conveniently located off the kitchen for easy access. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, complemented by a stylish bench, nightstands with elegant lamps, and a generous closet equipped with hangers for all your storage needs. Enjoy your favorite shows on the big-screen TV, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. The adjoining bathroom is a sanctuary of indulgence, boasting a double vanity sink, a private toilet, and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, ideal for a rejuvenating experience. The property includes six additional master bedrooms (4 total on the first floor and three on the second floor), each designed with the same attention to detail and luxury. Each room features a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, and a big-screen TV, ensuring a restful stay. The bathrooms are equipped with modern sinks, spacious walk-in showers, and toilets, providing both functionality and style.

For added convenience, a half bathroom is located on the second floor off the game room, while another half bathroom is situated on the first floor near the washer and dryer, ensuring easy access for guests.

The game room/loft is a highlight of the home, designed for entertainment and relaxation. It features a shuffleboard table, an arcade game system, and a pool table, catering to all your recreational needs. Unwind in the massage chair or enjoy refreshments from the mini-fridge and ice maker. The space includes a table with seating for four, perfect for game nights or casual dining. The Bunk Room is a spacious and inviting retreat, conveniently located just off the game room and accessible via a charming spiral staircase. This unique sleeping area is designed to accommodate larger groups or families, featuring three sets of triple-stacked twin XL beds and two sets of double-stacked twin XL beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for everyone. Guests can enjoy entertainment on the big-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or gaming sessions. Additionally, the room offers direct access to a private balcony, allowing for fresh air and scenic views. The adjoining bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a shower/tub combo, providing both convenience and comfort for guests after a day of fun and activities. This Bunk Room is the ideal blend of functionality and leisure, making it a perfect choice for your next getaway.

The outdoor kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a mini-fridge and a spacious dining table that comfortably accommodates eight guests, making it perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. Just steps away from the patio, the inviting pool area boasts sun loungers for six, a rejuvenating hot tub, and a dedicated pickleball court for active fun. Additionally, a firepit surrounded by seating for ten creates an ideal setting for evening gatherings, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the fire under the stars. This outdoor oasis seamlessly combines comfort, functionality, and style, making it the perfect retreat for family and friends.

General Information – A washer and dryer are available in the half bathroom located off of the living room. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's front and back entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not exceed maximum occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 27 with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
