„The place was spacious and owner is very accommodating. The neighborhood is a bit interesting in places but had some great local food fun. The only negative I really have was about the neighbors. They must have been having a party because the noise next to us was a lot and walls must be thin. The owner must know this is a thing because each room had noise machines which did help. “

„I had a great overnight at Katy Trail Pull Off. The house is very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The bed was fantastic, as was the shower (lots of hot water and great pressure). Would definitely stay again when I'm in the area!“

„This house was just perfect. It had everything we needed and Kim made it clear that she would help in any way we needed. The location is excellent for experiencing Columbia.“

„We were visiting the university and stayed in the condo. It was very convenient and centrally located in the downtown area. It was about a 10 minute walk to the university which was great. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags in the unit while we toured the campus. Thanks for your flexibility. “

„We were visiting for the weekend to attend the MO highschool state wrestling championships. This was a nice, quiet and comfortable place to stay away from the busy areas and college life. Very clean and looks just like the listing photos. Definitely would stay here again. Property management is helpful and communication is quick and easy. “
